I dropped my car off at 7am and received the communication video and recommendations by 930am. I love the video that gives you a visual and why the recommendations. The maintenance and repairs done on my car have always been thorough. The staff is very helpful and friendly too!

This is our 5th new car we have bought from Nucar. Or sales person Jacob was great. He kept us in the loop while we waited for our Tahoe to arrive. He made the buying process as quick and painless as possible. Karen as usual was super helpful. We will definitely return.
