Jose was absolutely wonderful to do business with. He gets you exactly what you want, and explains everything so well! First time buying a car and he made the experience a very memorable one. I was in need of a car for the very next day and that night he stayed late and made sure I was all set. The process was very fast as well. He's very knowledgeable, kind and a hard worker. Take my 2020 highlander for 15k service.

Take my 2020 highlander for 15k service. Strip my wheel lug nut and bolt. Waiting 3 1/2 hours when my car was done 4 of the alloy wheels were scratch end up left my car for repair.

Been dealing with Longo since 1980"s.

Been dealing with Longo since 1980"s. And I like everything about it. . As far as purchasing a new car or repair shop they are the best in So.Calif. They do not add that extra $5000-10,000 over the msrp as other toyota dealers do nowadays . So highly recommend buying a new car at Longo. I still have a 1993 pick up i bought there in 1993. And just order a new Cross from them. Will not buy anywhere else.

I asked for quotes for a 2022 Rav4 Prime XSE from about 7 Toyota Dealerships and Arina from Longo Toyota was the only one who offered to sell us the car at MSRP, without any mark-ups! There is currently an auto shortage due to chip shortage and I very much appreciated that Arian and Longo Toyota did not screw the customers by adding on any mark-ups. There was a wait list for our car and Arina was very honest and told us exactly what the situation was from the start. She sent regular updates on the status of our Rav4 request and even worked with us when we decided to select only one color option. When the car arrived, Arina notified us immediately and had the car washed/prepped! The paperwork at the dealership with Arina was very smooth and easy. We received the exact price (MSRP) as promised by Arina. Arina even gave us some terrific advice on how best to get the most for our other car for trade-in or sale at the end of it's lease. Overall, Arina was very professional, responsive, honest, attentive, and kind with my wife and myself. Thank you Arina!
