My truck just stopped and we were stranded in Overland

My truck just stopped and we were stranded in Overland Park Ks. The truck was towed to Rob Sight Ford and they worked hard to get it fixed the next day so we could travel back home. They were courteous, efficient and friendly!

This dealership has been extremely easy to work with through the years. The service department is great. They do their best to get your car together n the shop as soon as possible and always work with you. They tell everything they need to do and keep you informed along the way. Wouldn’t take my car and where else. Recommend highly!!!

I needed to get my oil changed and NO WHERE on your

I needed to get my oil changed and NO WHERE on your website does it tell you that it is first come first serve. So I made a service appointment and wrote down what I needed. When I came in for my appointment, with my two grandkids, I was told that I didn’t need an appointment and it would be 2 hours before they could get to me! Please make it clear on your website what a patron is supposed to do for oil changes because all Ford dealers don’t do the same thing.

My third row seating was damaged by a furniture store and

My third row seating was damaged by a furniture store and I was needing to get a quote to repair it. I spoke with Craig over the phone and he was very nice and explained the process. He was able to see my vehicle that day. When I arrived he looked at my vehicle, coordinated with the parts department, and got me a quote all in under 30 minutes. I appreciated his kindness and explanation of the process. I’m hoping to get the quote approved quickly so that I can go back to Rob Sight Ford because after my experience, I definitely want to give them my business.

terrible service, my ford explorer was parked in the back

terrible service, my ford explorer was parked in the back of this agency for a week and they never put it in for inspection, there was a person who told me that they were already inspecting it and it was a lie, my Ford explorer was kept parked in the back of the agency, how bad are these people
