Eric, the service department representative, was most helpful in making sure that my 2017 Ford Escape replacement of a recalled part went very well. He and Mr. Harryman provided excellent service and exemplified a truly satisfactory representation of outstanding service provided by Rob Sight Ford personnel.

My truck just stopped and we were stranded in Overland

My truck just stopped and we were stranded in Overland Park Ks. The truck was towed to Rob Sight Ford and they worked hard to get it fixed the next day so we could travel back home. They were courteous, efficient and friendly!

This dealership has been extremely easy to work with through the years. The service department is great. They do their best to get your car together n the shop as soon as possible and always work with you. They tell everything they need to do and keep you informed along the way.
