Experience was great. Would have liked to have gotten a little more for my trade, but all in all it was an ok deal

Great service, but time for a remodel

Friendly fast service upon arrival. Service took estimated time without delays. I would strongly suggest updating the waiting room with new chairs, the existing ones are pretty worn out and uncomfortable. I do like the free coffee service.

150 ecoboost issues. A must read

In and out with the new F 250 Platinum

After learning the F 250 was the truck for us, we went to Bob Allen and with the help of Brad and Jerome we got just what we wanted. The after market work that we had done was also handled in the same way. Steve took car of that the same day we dropped the truck off. Thanks again Bob Allen

Thanks for the new fusion Dale was exceptional

Dale was easy to work with and everyone in the dealership was nice as well......process was a little stressful....but Dale made it a little easier to handle.

Great Service and a car wash to boot.

I have a Fusion purchased from out of tow and was looking for a Friendly, Reliable Dealership in the area. I chose Bob Allen Ford out of convenience at first and took my car in to have it serviced. When I went to pick it up, I was given a detailed report on my car, letting me know what they had checked and what needed attention. On top of that I was offered a car wash on top of everything at no charge. Needless to say, I have been back and don't plan on changing Dealerships anytime soon. Keep up the good work.

Nice facility nice people

Was told the wait would be @ 2 1/2 hrs and it was. Was a little high on the diff service that what was quoted.
