I purchased a Ford Flex on Saturday 01/10/2015. It was a great experience working with DJ. I would come back and buy another car.

Great service experience

2013 Escape. Staff was extremely helpful. I expected to leave the vehicle all day, but service was completed in just a couple of hours. Thanks!

Transmission fluid flush

Great service by Service Rep (Jake). I felt he explained everything well. Transmission service was completed. A couple of days later I noted transmission fluid puddling under the vehicle. Brought it back in and was told both front wheel transaxle seals were leaking. Not sure how the multipoint inspection did not identify that the seals were leaking.

Great Buying experience

We purchased a pre-owned 2013 Ford Fusion. Probably one of the best sales experiences we've had. Very impressed with the professionalism and Chris our salesman in regard to his knowledge of the vehicle and Ford products in general. Everyone was very helpful from the time we arrived at the dealership till we drove off the lot. We would definitely recommend your dealership to others.

Thanks Bob Allen Dealership

I felt very welcomed when coming in, everyone I encountered with was very nice, friendly, not overly pushy like most dealerships feel, and everyone was more then willing to do anything that I asked (bottle water, food, Mustang memorabilia - poster, key chain, booklet etc.) Waiting on finalized paperwork and to sign took a little long (not financing) but well worth the wait for what I saved off a new Mustang GT and the fair trade in I got on my vehicle. My main salesman Ray Blanco was very outgoing and willing to do anything asked of, I sure appreciated him and for what he did not just for me but my kids as well. I will definitely be back and I already have mentioned Bob Allen to one of my co-workers who is already looking for a vehicle. Thanks guys A+ here!
