Overall the experience was fine. There were a few hiccups along the way. Both my significant other and I both ordered vehicle and made sure to utilize the X-Plan pricing. We both intended to buy two vehicles but my order was held over and switched from a 2023 to a 2024 and the rollover was not the vehicle I ordered. I ended up buy my significant other's truck but was told we never gave X-Plan for hers. I am still happy with the overall experience despite the few issues we ran in to.
