Won’t fix problems

They won’t fix the issues but will charge 1000 to “fix” it. Have to keep bringing the car back. Going to sell it soon. Won’t go back

Terrible. Do not buy a vehicle from Bob Allen Ford! Very disappointed after spending 55,000$ on a car here.

Service department lacks basic customer service attitude.

Service department lacks basic customer service attitude. If you're ok waiting around for 10 minutes in front of 5 people before one bothers to look up from their monitor to greet you, you'll like it. I don't. They also expect you to somehow know about numerous preferences they expect from you as a customer when showing up with your vehicle.

We went to bob allen after a horrible experience at another dealership. It was so refreshing to sit down with a non pushy salesman- D was so nice and worked very hard for us to get the best deal. The finance gentleman we worked with as well was so helpful. He made sure we knew all the information throughly and even through in a free tint on our windows. Definitely glad we stopped by.

Had car trouble while visiting in Overland Park and made...

Had car trouble while visiting in Overland Park and made an appt with service here. Brought it in the night before because appt was early the next morning. Called to check to see if they had diagnosed the problem at 10 am and they had not. Promised to call me as soon as they had. Called at 12pm, they hadn't looked at my car. Called at 1:30, and they said it was with the technician. It's 2:45 and no phone call from them. I've tried to call 4 times and it rings and rings and no one answers in service. Common courtesy would be to at least call ME and keep me updated on the progress or lack of it. No courtesy and apparently no common sense.

I'm not happy with my recent Ranger purchase. First,...

I'm not happy with my recent Ranger purchase. First, they had over 10 weeks from my order to delivery, but when I came to pick up my truck, the bed liner and front license bracket were missing. A week later, I came back to pick up the bed liner, but I was told that the license plate bracket that they told me was "in" was on back order. A month later, the bracket that should have been there on day one still wasn't delivered. I've had no communication from anyone from Bob Allen Ford since I signed the purchase contract, so I feel that once they get your money they have no regard for you any longer.

Thank you for the quick response to this review, and resolution to my complaint. Going forward, a proactive rather than reactive attitude toward these small issues would surely eliminate future similar complaints.

No Such thing as a Good Customer here! I have bought...

No Such thing as a Good Customer here! I have bought several new cars here. When I had trouble with my Explorer (75,000 miles), they charged me $2400.00 to replace the turbocharger. When that didn't fix my car they said I needed a new engine ($14,000.00). When I took the car to a local repair shop, Guess what? I was able to get the car fixed good as new for $1,600. No refund from Ford or Bob Allen.

Stunned :-(

This is a review of the service center only. We have purchased three cars from Bob Allen Ford over the years and yesterday was my last trip to the dealership. I brought my C-Max in for service since we pay monthly for the complete care package. I pulled into the service lane with my mask on and my window cracked. The service person who came out to my car was wearing a gaiter around his neck and it was just barely over his mouth. I asked him to put on his mask and he said, “No I will not. I will not put it over my nose. It is fine. “ I said I will go somewhere else then. He went back in and sat down at his desk and stared at me through the window. Sitting next to him was another unmasked service person. I sat there stunned until someone else came out in his place. This person was wearing a mask and took care of my tire pressure issue. He was not friendly, but at that point I really just wanted to get out of there. I watched my father die on a Zoom call and couldn’t be with my family because of selfish people like Bob Allen employees. I will never again be a Bob Allen Ford customer.

I bought my car from Bob Allen almost a year ago today and have been very happy. Service twice and always pleasant quick and easy

They were not very good to work with. Bought a car...

They were not very good to work with. Bought a car remotely only to find out one of the desired features was NOT on the car! They did NOT refund my money keeping $2,500.00 which they attributed to re-stocking and lost business! I would never deal with these people again. Liars and scam artists beginning with the owner. Got an attorney and their fees were not worth chasing the money. I couldn’t be more angry as I never did see the car!
