Lee Walton, superb service.
My Explorer had some warranty work done that had previously been repaired at your dealership. Knowing my dissatisfaction, Lee Walton compensated my deductible in hopes that you would earn a loyal customer. With cars, things are bound to go wrong. I am appreciative of Lee's gesture and demeanor and will return to Bob Allen.

2007 Grand Marquis repair
When we picked the car up the 1st time we noticed holes at the end of the chrome strips on the bumper. I commented that they weren't there before an was told that's what State Farm ordered. I contacted State Farm and they decided it needed redone and your body shop redid it, but there are holes at the end of chrome strips still and they say that can't get it any better.

New F150!!
Just traded in our 2010 Taurus for a truck and we love it!!! Whenever we made a decision to purchase a new vehicle, and we have purchased several, there is no question where we go! Although it is a bit of a drive from Kansas City North, we have never gone wrong with our buying experience at Bob Allen Ford (BAF)! We love Bob and Brad Hewlett! Because they make sure their staff treat all customers respectfully, we have no problem recommending BAF to our friends and family! We always tell them to ask for Brad, but he is not available, Darryl Woodward, Ray Blanco, Tim Smith, or Jeff Kelso are awesome salesmen too! These guys are friendly and helpful, but will go the extra mile to help you get you deal you want. If you need service and body work, see Curtis and Derek or Rodney T (in body). They are awesome! They do their best to accommodate your schedule and try to get you out with as short of wait time as possible! Need to be dropped off? The courtesy shuttle service gets you to your destination quickly and will be there on time for pick-up! Their commercial tagline says "It's the dealer that makes the difference." That is so true. We have many options when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. Some are much close than Overland Park. Why do we travel about 35 miles to purchase a car? Because it IS the dealer that makes the difference! Thank you again Bob Allen Ford!!

Don't buy an extended warranty for a non Ford car!
I bought a non Ford used car at this dealership. Buying experience was great. Bought the extended warranty. Must use the warranty at Bob Allen Ford unless you breakdown. Fifty (50) miles from the dealership. When needing repairs this dealership will not send the car out of their shop when they can't repair it. I was told more than once that they didn't have the tools or equipment to do a proper repair. I had A/C problems that they could only bandaid. At one point, after taking the car in for the same A/C problem three times, and never being repaired I took the car to another non Ford dealership. The problem was fixed. I had this dealership call Bob Allen Ford for warranty repair approval. The service manager of Bob Allen Ford called me a told me never to take the car to anyone other than them again. He then approved this one time only repair. For the rest of the warranty period (4 years) I took it to Bob Allen Ford. I had other repair issues that also got the bandaid type repairs. Now that the warranty is over I will never go back to Bob Allen Ford for repair work.

2014 fusion hybrid was purchased from a very helpful staff. The salesman, Spencer, was a little inexperienced, but more than made up for it in enthusiasm and sincerity. Also, he was quick to get me answers to questions when he was unsure of the correct answer. I felt confident that I was getting accurate information. Nice job Spencer!! I would definitely recommend him to friends and family who are planning to visit Bob Allen Ford. My interaction with Steve, who helped with the leather seat upgrade, was a very positive one as well. He was equally friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable and effiecient.

Fully Satisfied Buyer
This was my first car buying experience and I could not be happier with the folks at Bob Allen Ford! Dale Johnson was my salesman and he put no pressure on me to buy a car. I went to other car dealers in town that day and no one made me feel more welcome or more comfortable than Bob Allen Ford. While I did wait a little while to talk with Financing it has all been worth it, I love my Ford Focus and will recommend Bob Allen to anyone who asks!
