Some what satisfied

2004 F150 Ford pickup The personal were very nice and helpful. Although I am a bit disappointed in the results I received. I told the salesman that was helping me that I did not want to be sent to Wells Fargo. I received a denial letter from Wells Fargo with in a few days of telling him this. Why was it sent to them when I said I DID NOT want to go through them? I was also told that the scratches would be painted/ touched up before I picked up the auto. This was not done either. I have talked to two people since the purchase. They both told me the salesman would call me back and explain why this was not done and I have yet to hear back. If there is something that I was told would be done I would expect the dealership to honor that statement/ promise. If it was never going to be done then it should never be stated/ promised.

Exactly As advertised and Very Freindly

I purchased a pre-owned car in March from Bob Allen Ford. They were very accommodating, friendly and the vehicle was exacltly as described and advertised. I would recommend them to anyone as a dealer you can trust!

great service on my truck

I bought a 2002 f150 in 2004. It has been the best truck I have ever had. Now 11 years later it is still chugging along after 170,000 miles. I had the gas straps replace recently, and the work was professional and quick. Thanks to all at bob allen ford for all you do.

Leasing a car at Bob Allen...

Purchased (leased) a new Escape. Great car. Staff was very helpful. No pressure and they were very willing to explore different options for leasing and/or purchasing for me to see which was best for my situation.

We had such a great experience with Bob Allen Ford. Extremely fast customer service, friendly, and treated me like I was a valued customer. Great Sales Staff and Great Truck!

I saw the truck we purchased online. Made the arrangements to come test drive it, and took it home that same day. We are very happy with the service we received. I would recommend Bob Allen Ford to anyone!
