Jake Grubbs Hendrick Toyota

My salesperson, Leah Stephens exemplifies the type of salesperson every car buyer needs and wants Extraordinarily knowledgable, professional, personable and responsive. Because of her expertise, time and attention to detail--I'm now confidently driving my first hybrid--A brand new Prius! Leah is the Prius Queen--bumper-to-bumper, she knows the car inside and out. Great experience buying a new Avalon

Great Service, Clean Facilities

Ron Shapiro & Colton Lang both worked together to help us purchase a new vehicle. They did a wonderful job, explaining and showing us many available options. They are knowledgeable and friendly. They did not push us but were available to answer every question. We felt very comfortable working with them. And we are pleased to purchase a new Toyota Sienna 2014.

Winning dealership

Jessica Silvey and Cheeto were terrific. Jessica listened to me and really understood what I was looking for. She was able to suggest a car that I hadn't even considered as I didn't think it would be in my price range. The 2009 Prius was at the high end of my price range, but I feel like I got a great deal on the pricing and will feel comfortable with this vehicle. Thanks Jessica for being so personable, friendly and extremely helpful in the car buying process. I would definitely recommend Shawnee Mission Toyota Scion dealership to others.

Love my new car!

I walked in for an oil change and walked out with a new Corolla, thanks to Alex and his salesmanship. He went above and beyond to get me a blue stick-shift 2014 Corolla, and I love it and how well it handles! He set up my car phone, explained all the features, has immediately taken care of any questions and issues and just put on my permanent tag. The dealership people are all friendly and helpful, but Alex goes the extra mile. I've used the service department for years, and it's great, whether I have a major problem or whether my tires just need air. Jon Howell is the best to get done whatever the car needs, and he peruses the records so he does know. I highly recommend the dealership, Alex, Jon and the service department. The shuttle service is an extra plus.

Best car buying experience ever at Hendrick Toyota

Ok, I would rather pass kidney stones than go through the car buying dance. Now after my son buying a Tacoma 3 weeks ago and now myself buying a Tacoma today all I can say is WOW! what an experience. GREAT customer experience here at Hendrick Toyota. The attention to customer service, no pressure sales tactics, and attention to the old fashioned art of make the buyer feel comfortable has made a comeback by Hendrick Toyota. Look up David Wells, he is very professional and has been in the business for years. I WILL be buying my next car here.

Great Experience!

Buying my first Toyota was a great experience. Colton and Oscar were exceptionally helpful and informative. On our first visit when Colton was not there Francis filled in and we did not miss a beat. Colton and his team did not pressure me and made my buying experience wonderful. I would recommend them to anybody.

Great Experience

A few years back I surrendered a car and just paid off the settlement amount in May. I 'jumped the gun' on getting a new car. I had put way to much money in the car I was driving and still needed more. I went to another dealership and they turned me away. Sue Wells contacted me the next day and helped me work on my issues along with Oscar and Marco. After pulling strings and doing all they could I got into a certified 2010 Corolla and I love it; even took it on a weekend trip and did great. It was a new trade they did maintenance on it and all that was left was the windshield and Toyota emblem on the front. I had the windshield replaced the same week along with a loaner car and the emblem should be in this week (all free since they had to have the windshield replaced due to it being certified). All of the staff was very friendly leaving me with a good impression of the company. Thank you for all of the help.
