After waiting a couple of months for the 2024 Order Book to open, I was able to order a 2024 2500HD Diesel Silverado High Country 4X4 in late February from Larry Haynes. It was one of the 1st 2024 HDs ordered and both Larry and manager Jim Flanigan spent quite a bit of time going over the options to make sure the truck was equipped as I wanted. Both were extremely helpful and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Jim told me it would probably take 10-12 weeks until the truck was built, shipped, and arrive at the dealership. The truck was ordered and delivered here exactly at 12 weeks as Jim had predicted, but is being jointly titled with my son and registered in Ohio. Larry took care of all those details. Gary did the delivery and identified all the changes from my previous truck. The order process and delivery was straight forward and the guys made it pretty simple. This was my 3rd new vehicle purchase at this Hendrick location, the others being a 2019 Silverado High Country 4X4 and a 2016 Corvette Z06. I also purchased a new 2013 Tacoma from Hendrick Toyota. All purchases were easy and everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and friendly.

I was extremely pleased that it was just over 24 hours from the vehicle being towed in and repair work completed! Todd Kelly kept me fully informed and arranged a ride home for me since no loaner vehicle was available and was very pleasant to work with.

I had a great experience with repairs after a traumatic experience of being in a car accident with my 18 month old daughter. Hendricks was the recommended location from the other insurance company. Hendricks made it very simple and a smooth process! They communicated with the insurance company for me all I had to do was give the adjusters name and phone number. Hendricks took care of the rest. I loved the text/app updates with pricing changes and ETA for vehicle to be ready (which got done early). I got my 2015 Chevy Equinox back on Monday and she looks brand like she's new rolling off the line. Only suggestion, is if you provided pictures in the text/app update of the progress just because that would be interesting to see the process. Otherwise, highly recommended!
