Porter/"tech" abused my car.

Porter/"tech" abused my car. Damaged braking system.. is it common practice to drive them like they're stolen when they get it out of your sight?

NOT RECOMMENDED! SERVICE DAMAGED MY VEHICLE.during a routine oil change. THE BRAKING SYSTEM. A VERY IMPORTANT SYSTEM FOR MYSELF, & EVERYONE ON THE ROAD. DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN DAMAGES. LIKELY CAUSED BY ABUSE TO THE VEHICLE. IT'S NOW "GROUNDED" DUE TO THE FULL DENIABILITY OF THEIR ACTIONS. Is it common for Service to drive vehicles like they're stolen once it's out of the owners sight?

Personal and professional experience ? all employees I encountered made me feel welcome and treated me with respect. All of my vehicle maintenance needs were completed in timely manner and communication before, during, & after was excellent. Once a Hendricks customer always a Hendricks customer.

Every time I visit the dealership I’m always greeted by the friendly staff and receive outstanding service. It’s clean, they are knowledge and they get the work done quick. I would highly recommend this dealership for all your service needs. I’ve used them for as simple as an oil change to a new transmission and I’ve never been disappointed.
