In the past I have always rated the Infinity dealer in Nashville, TN as the best car buying experience from their customer service, speed in making a deal happen. I have to say as I purchased my first Corvette Stingray black Friday in 2013 and now again in 2015 as I traded in that corvette for my convertible stingray I am happy to say Hendrick has earned the place at the top for me. Friendly salespeople, helpful staff, and one of the most hassle free buying experiences I've been through. Offering a reasonable price for my trade and willing to make a fair deal. I can't really ask for much more than that.

I cant say enough about Hendrick Service Dept, they are always AWESOME at what they do and their personality and customer service has always been 100 with me. Kathy takes care of me everytime I come and she always lets me know what service my Gracie( my car ) needs. When I know I'm taking my Gracie to get serviced I get excited because when everything else in my life goes wrong I know it will go right at Hendrick's I seriously love this place. Thank you to every one in the service department.

After contacting the dealership we received multiple calls from several people at the dealership who seemed unaware that someone else had spoken with us. We were looking at different vehicle at another dealership that was quite comparable as far as mileage and price but that had several other features we found appealing. Hendrick Chevrolet was quite inflexible and unwilling to negotiate, so we purchased from the other dealership even though it involved travelling 500 additional miles to purchase that vehicle.

My husband and I had visited Roberts Chevrolet in Platte City Missouri originally. We were hoping to keep our business local if at all possible. Roberts was a horrible experience and we were treated so badly! But we were determined to find the right car at the right price so we traveled the extra 30 miles to visit Hendrick's Chevrolet in Shawnee Mission, Kansas. From the minute we walked in the door it was a positive experience! Our salesman, Andre Upshsaw approached us with a HUGE smile on his face, and ready to make a deal! Well, buying a car is just one of those things that takes pretty much an entire day, but Andre was more than willing to spend whatever time he needed to, to make sure we got exactly what we needed! He has this thing he does where he goes and picks a "control" car and once I see that car I can decide if I want more features, or different colors or whatever...Well, he got it SPOT ON with the first car! To say the least I was totally impressed! We ended up negotiating what I thought was a very good deal, and even though Andre and his sales manager Dale (The AMAZINGLY HANDSOME DALE MERCER) tried to pretend like making this deal with me was going to limit their future abilities to buy shoes for their children, they gave me the deal I could live with. It was about as fun of a car buying experience as I had ever had. Andre and Dale kept us laughing from start to finish! At the end of the day, what really matters is Andre worked very hard to make the deal happen, and between Andre's efforts, and Dales humor your dealership has gained a fan for life! We plan to look at a truck for my husband in the future and we will most definitely start our shopping at Hendricks! Plus we have 5 kids...all of car buying age! We will let them all know how great you guys were...and now that you know better than to try to negotiate with me...I'll bring all my kids in when its their time to look for a new vehicle!

Excellent buying experience. My wife and I live in Denver and traveled to Kansas City to order our new Corvette. I happened to be in town on personal business when we stopped by the dealership to glance at the new Stingray. Based on this experience we decided to give them a try and we ultimately ordered a new car. These guys were excellent throughout the entire process. Brandon Vix was excellent in working with us and for us. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

I've been wanting to get down to Hendricks and slobber all over the new Z/28 Camaro i heard was down there. So i was excited when i my headlight went bad, just the excuse i needed. The service center, (As Always) and maybe more so this time, was Extremely Friendly, and Positive. I was really Happy she said she could get me taken care of right away/ With Zero Notice on a Monday Morning, as i know the work load increases on Mondays. So the service writer, Rachel Rochier logged me in and out within an hour, and was back to work. But not before looking over The show room floor, which was Amazing, The show room floor looked the Best I've seen yet, Couple cars there on my wish list, Z/28 & Zo6. It was 48 hours from the time I stepped foot on Hendrick's property to the time I purchased my pre-owned Cruze. Working with Greg, I immediately felt that I had a strong support liaison to educate me on various car options, features, pricing, etc. He was aware that I was exploring other dealer and car options and respected my position. Greg demonstrated exceptional follow-up and information flow unlike the other dealers I was working with. He assisted with the process all the way through an informative meeting with Beau Short of finance team to finalize the purchase. All in all, a very positive buying experience
