You have a great service department! Josh who I've been dealing with over the last eight years who schedules and meets me when I drive up is great to work with. I've been coming to this location for service and oil changes for many years. My vehicle is always fixed right the first time. You've got well trained GM mechanics and I feel confident that they know how to fix or repair andy GM vehicle.

I understand that I bought a low end product. I understand that the dealer does not have as much of a margin to work with. The sales manager that I dealt with on November 29th left me with such a bad taste for Hendricks, I was writing off ever doing business with anything Hendricks. The salesman was the best! Dennis Cotton is the only reason I told Arbor (also great) that I would come in on Sunday. He, John, Robert and Les more than made up for the sales manager from Saturday. I love the Spark!

Randy riddle was a good sales person to deal with. Went out of his way to get the right truck for us. My only negative remark is that financing is so long and drawn out process. If there was a way to speed of that prices it would be awesome. But for the sales part randy in used cars was awesome

I came in for an oil change greeted right away, very nice folks there. Looked up my Oil change package found it right away and they found a recall I had forgotten about on my wife's Cruze, they fixed that and had the Oil change done in about 30 minutes. I did have an appointment so that helps.

I aggressively love the cars that I own. That?s code for, I?ve always had a terrible experience buying a car and I?d rather pay to fix my car then entertain the thought of purchasing a new/preowned vehicle. As my luck this year would have it, my car broke down and basically gave me the pink slip. A co-worker of mine referred me to her father, Tom Wagner, at Hendrick Chevrolet. In less than 24 hours Tom found me a perfect preowned car (even though I know he specialized in new car sales). The process with Tom was easy, comforting, and dare I say a little fun? Everyone that I had the opportunity to meet in Hendrick Chevrolet was engaging, fun, and always prepared with a joke or two (Dale Mercer and Robert Wiegers). Not only did they make the car buying experience enjoyable they converted me from another brand that I had been loyal to for 15 years. I HIGHLY recommend Hendrick Chevrolet!

Visited the site for a vehicle we had seen on the Hendricks USA site, not realizing that the vehicle was not at this dealership. After explaining the vehicle we were interested in was actually in GA, John and team went out of there way to find a vehicle that, while not what we were initially interested in, met 100% of our needs. Despite the bad weather and late hour, both the sales and finance teams were eager and helpful in allowing us to walk out as very happy customers.

Very Happy with the Friendly Professional Customer Service throughout the dealership. As always the show room floor was stock full of loaded vehicles. Out on the car lot, as in the past had an endless selection car Vehicles (Camaros & Corvettes....) making is so easy to compare and pick out the perfect car, in my case a fully loaded 2015 Camaro 1le. This is a well organized dealership, that listens, with a staff of experienced employees that Truly went the Extra mile, creating the space, to help me 100% know, i had purchase the perfect vehicle. Just purchased a 2015 Corvette and took deliver 2 days ago. I had one of the best if not the best buying experience of my life. Everyone was so willing to help and be informative with quick responses always. I give Hendrix employees my highest appreciation.

I purchased a 2014 Chevy Captiva. Of course I love the car, however being my first major solo car buying experience, my mother and I were blown away with Hendrix Chevrolet. John listened to our concerns/wants and did he very best to answer all our questions. He never pressured us into buying immediately rather encouraged that we should follow our own process of doing things (it was our first stop). Needless to say, we were back that evening sitting with John talking numbers on a car I had stumbled upon. My mother had some health issues at the time and they did an exceptional job adjusting to the circumstances. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly, genuine and courteous. Hendrix should be very proud of the staff they have developed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
