Needed quick repair of side-view mirror

I am traveling cross-country when a minor error broke my right side view mirror making driving slightly more dangerous. I called Adams on Thursday and came in early Saturday morning. My setvice advisor Adam was polite and efficient and my car was repaired and washed in an hour! Now I can complete my journey with my safety restored! Thank you!

Highlander 2018

I went to Adam's Toyota in Lee's Summit Mo, and Alberto was the salesman that helped me and my husband purchase the new vehicle. He went above and beyond since we were not sure what vehicle we were going to buy. He is trilingual and he is a Top salesman! From Finance Services everyone at that location is outstanding great customer service in all areas. Alberto also offered to schedule the first oil change in my new car. I would definitely recommend any services at Adam's.

Very knowledgeable

Purchased a new Camry from Deshawn and he had the best knowledge of the Camry than any other dealer we visited. He was very efficient and the guy who did our final paperwork was great. Thanks

Alberto Perez

Number 10 to Alberto he is the best salesman at that location! He treats his customers with respect and answers any questions in regardless the sales. Loyal and friendly.

Arrogant and greedy! Not just once, but twice!

I said 15 years ago that I would never buy from Ray Adams because he is an arrogant (fill in the blank). Back then they tried to sell me a car I didn?t want and when I turned him down, he said don?t wast his time. Well, I was dealing with a sales guy that I really liked on a car and was going to buy. I told them before I even came in that I was firm on my numbers from all sides and that I would buy if they matched up. Insert sales manager- the guy had the nerve to actually use profanity in front of my daughter in an attempted loud whisper when he tried to lowball what I told them I was firm on. I made it pretty clear what I would and would not do but once again, they wasted an hour of my family?s time. He did not like that he could not manipulate me. Then when the sales manager didn?t like that he could not pressure me, he literally got up and walked away. No hand shake, sorry, nothing! Most arrogant, give two rips about the customer type dealership I have ever encountered. There are so many more options out there that I would rather pay more money for a car and drive further away than ever buy from this place.

Purchased a new car

As I arrived at the Adams Toyota dealership at Lee’sSummit location I was able to talk to a salesman whom was a very helpful and courteous gentleman. His name is Gonzalo Fernandez. This young gentleman was very knowledgeable and assisted in every way that he could about a new car. I purchased a xse Camry and very satisfied with all of the new car process.

Took Highlander in for safety inspection and oil change. Everything was done timely. Service was performed as expected in the time estimated. A good service.

Most excellent!

Holiday Car Shopping

We stopped in "just to look". We met Gonzalo Fernandez...who was easy to talk to, made us feel at ease...most of all did not make us feel pressured to decide or buy. He did a great job of explaining the benifits and down sides of options. We would not have come back if it was not for him.
