Appreciated sales style of Kevin. Decent prices on what we needed. Also Kevin and the finance manager stayed after hours to get the deal done.

Total crooks in the service dept told me that can't reset my tire pressure light I have to spend 1500 for 5 new ones on my land cruiser and then tried to charge me 600 bucks to replace a headlight bulb they even brought out a master tech to sell me the job I said hard pass you guys are crooks went to goodyear and they flashed my tire light and said they can't charge me for a 30 second job. Went to another Toyota daler and asked what price for bulb and after he told me the price he said the good news is we will install for free not 600 for labor called service manager and he never called me back total scam after a real hard sell i went home and took 3 showers i felt so dirty

Donald Franklin was a super nice guy. He helped me out a lot as I had about 80 questions. He really went to bat for me and got me a good price for my trade-in so I could buy a brand new car. There are a lot of nice people at the dealership too; so I can see why Donald likes working there.

On August 12, 2025, we drove away from Adams Toyota in our beautiful new, red Toyota Prius. We had the most fabulous and hardworking "for us"salesman, Don Franklin. He was patient from sales to money negotiation to signing papers, answering questions, putting the Toyota App on my phone so we could start the car! We urge you to see Don. He is the example of a real salesman who knows the cars on the lot. He is kind and helpful. He will not quit until he gets you a great deal!

My salesman Josh was an excellent salesman. He was thorough in showing me how to program my new vehicle and very patient with answering all my questions. Thank you Josh!

Would NOT RECOMMEND buying from this dealership. They will lie and cheat in any way possible to make you the worst deal possible. I was purchasing a Land Cruiser for $69k. They wanted to give me NOTHING for my Toyota van (they tell you better resale??) then lied and told me the Toyota interest rate was 6.99% when I uncovered after leaving that it was 4.99%. The manager lied, the salesman lied and amazing the FINANCE MANAGER LIED AS WELL! Unfortunately this is a dirty dealing dealership that you should avoid at all cost!! The manager ADMITTED, after me being there for 5 hours, and after I found the information on the internet that they were indeed WRONG! Untrustworthy, underhanded and UNRELIABLE sums up ADAMS TOYOTA!!
