The dealership was amazing

Sales staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. The process went forward without any complications and before I knew it, I was driving away in my new car.

best service ever

The only reasoning come to the dealership is because the nice gentleman that helped me is the very best employee u got . His name is Ernest and he is the bomb diggity . I love coming to raytona beach because of the excellent service he provides

Excellent Staff & Great Facility

This is the second vehicle we've bought from Dick Smith. Staff is always friendly & knowledgable. They're never pushy and treat you like family as opposed to a sales opportunity. We always look forward to talking with Dwight Craig, Dan Riggs & Tim Roach...great guys!!

Great service

The service man make you feel so comfortable and he is very professional and knows his job well. I only ask for him when I come back. The service was great also. Not a long wait.

Great salesman

Wayne and Doug were so helpful. They were very nice. I really appreciate Wayne taking time to go get the new tires himself because they otherwise wouldn't be delivered the next day and we wanted to take the vehicle home that day. Best car buying experience I've had.

my my day even brighter

I was a little late, the garage was open, I drove write in , service attendant greeted me, took my car in, i had the works performed, and the throttle calibration. they told me it would be about two hours and it was, down to the minute. Everyon one was so professional all the way to the cashier. i had a great experience, and this was all at &am . in the morning.

Excellent service at Dick Smith Ford

Johnny is always so friendly and helpful when I come in for service. Made my appointment came in and was happy with the service I received. It's also nice that even other service writers (chad) welcome me to dick smith also. I will continue to come here for service on my SUV.
