I bought my car from Greenway Ford not even four years ago and they talked me into getting the extended warranty and I was told I could use it at any Ford dealership. That was a lie if you were in 40 miles from the dealership he bought it from you have to go back to that dealership. Now I am without a car cause my transmission went out on a brand new car. They have no loaners there so they only approved five days for a rental where they help pay for it not they don’t pay for all of it and they’ve taken their time Getting my car fixed. My car is a DOR so it should’ve been fixed immediately. Once they had the parts and instead they have sat on it. I was told it to be ready by the end of the week and they have not even put the transmission in it yet and then they told me they would need to keep it so they could drive around to make sure it works. They would not extend out my rental. I’m having to cover it on my own now I am up to $458 for a rental for the past two weeks. Yet I’m supposed to be happy because I didn’t have to pay for a filter for my transmission. They have not been in communication I have had to call them to get updates on my car. Do not buy a car from Greenway Ford and do not take your car to Greenway Ford to be worked on because they will take you through the ringer. This was my first brand new car I have ever bought and they have made my experience a nightmare .

Dakota worked with me to get me into my “new to me” vehicle. He was knowledgeable and understood my time constraints and was very flexible. The whole process was pleasant!

Ciera, Dalton, Dakota and Oswaldo were all amazing! Great customer service. Excellent follow through. They did exactly what they said they would! We’ve now purchased our second brand new ford from them in the last 6 months! Thanks guys!

Post one thing on the website and then when you try to make a deal, the truck is $8,000 more than what is posted. Then the manager tells you that it is for Ford Employees. How many Ford employees go to Greenway to buy? Very Few if any! There are 9,456 FORD employees in KC and 2.5 million people in metro, that is .38% are Ford Employees. Running a ad to reach only .38% of the population seems a little dumb or deceitful, you decide why Greenway Ford is doing this. Greenway Ford motive to do this is to deceive you and get you in the door not to sell a vehicle for the posted discount price. You walk in the door, and you think you are in Mexico at a time share presentation. Same type of mentality, sales tactics What a disappointment for Ford. Don’t waist your time go to Louisburg Ford for a honest deal.

Dakota was great! He got me everything I wanted. He was so friendly and nice, never pushy. He walked me through all the features of my car and made sure I knew how to use them. Very knowledgeable with the Bronco. He was patient as it took awhile for us to be sure of what we wanted! Waldo was also amazing, he was professional and friendly. They both made the process painless and quick! So appreciate you both.

Dakota is probably one of the least pushy, most personable car dealers we’ve ever worked with. Very easy to talk with, listens to what you want/need in a car, and is realistic with you. We greatly appreciated it!
