Cost of Thermostat
$391 plus tax is a quite expensive for a thermostat in an Acura RL/. My research is around $199. Also don't know the quality since I cannot see the work. I assume it will be OK

Worth the Trip
I live in the Northland, so it is a bit of a trek to Jay Wolfe Acura for me. I have tried a couple of other shops closer to me, but have found that it is worth making the trip to Jay Wolfe. They are friendly, helpful and have done a good job taking care of our Acura without pushing unnecessary services. Service times can get a little long when they are busy, but they typically keep you updated regularly throughout the process. The waiting lounge is comfortable with more amenities than you can expect elsewhere. For being a dealership along with the well above average customer service received here, I feel that the price for services is actually reasonable.

My 2019 RDX
Heard concerning grinding sound in my right rear wheel well coming home from work Friday night. Going to work Saturday morning, heard sound again, so called dealership. Service Dept was able to get me in immediately, and drove me to work. Called that afternoon that issue was identified and corrected. Picked me up from work to get my car. Thanks for such amazing promptness and availability!

Everything was great
Jack was awesome... he really knows how to take care of the customer! He was able to take care of all of the issues I had with my car along with getting me a loaner car. Jack also was great at explaining everything that needed to be done in detail.

Very painless way to buy a used vehicle.
