Norm was Awesome

Norm made the experience of buying my RDX so relaxing. At no point did I feel overwhelmed or under pressure. I would definitely recommend Jay Wolfe and Norm.

Not the pushy salesman

Dean was awesome. I did not get any lame sales pitches and i did not feel pressured. Dean let me tell him what was next in my car buying experience. I will definitely go back for my next vehicle. The people are friendly and my experience was great. Joshua in the finance office was great as well

No compromise necessary

Came in to look at the wide array of used Acuras, and Chris helped us realize we could get the features we were looking for, and then some, in a new car at an affordable payment. Friendly no-pressure service gave us confidence to look no further.

Car towed in to replace tire. Taken care of quickly .

Very helpful to me in a stressful situation and was able to pick up my car in a short amount of time. Always feel I am well taken care of.

Professional, not pushy, and excellence service

Great customer experience! Made car buying a bit easier. Norm went out of his way early to let us look at the car, and though he was fairly slick and self-confident, he wasn't pushy. He was always accommodating, and overall, it was a good experience. Bottom line, I got the car I wanted, and close to the price I was looking for.

Awesome Customer Experience!

Repeat Customer that drove from Omaha Nebraska metro area because of this dealership’s amazing attention to customer satisfaction. Sales team of Drew Hughes and Danny Martin we’re very honest and transparent about what they could and couldn’t do as part of my deal. Totally opposite of the deceptive and “could care less what you think/will promise you whatever it takes to get you in the door” experience I had with the sales team at Acura of Omaha. Jeff Johnson (Jay Wolfe Finance Director) was very low-pressure, but took the time to explain optional coverages/provided a very good case as to why extended warranty could be beneficial which resulted in me buying the additional coverage. Jay Wolfe was also able to beat the interest rate quoted by Acura of Omaha sales team even when both quotes were from the exact same financial institution (Acura Financial). I have no problems with the service department at Acura of Omaha, but when it’s time to purchase, it is definitely worth the drive of 3 hours each way to experience the sales team at Jay Wolfe Acura ( what it SHOULD be like at an Acura/luxury car dealership), and I’ll drive to KC again next time I trade. Kyle at the concierge counter is great, too! Thanks again Danny, Drew, Jeff, and Kyle!

New Tires

Sales advisor (Dusty) was friendly and very helpful in recommending replacement tires. However, I was in the service center for 3-1/2 hours which I felt was a long time to replace and align 4 tires.

MO State Inspection

Everyone was very pleasant. Took my apt at 8am. I waited for the service and left in a timely manner. It also included a 24 point inspection. Everything was explained to me.
