It was an overall good experience except for the wait time
Right from when me and my wife and son entered the dealership on a friday evening, 1hr before closing time looking for a test drive, it was a pleasant experience for us here. Jon was our Sales person and he was very hospitable and professional. He showed us around the dealership first before getting us the vehicles that we were looking to test drive. He even stayed outside of working hours to help us out. The next day was a bit of a hiccup in the overall experience, as there was a lot of wait time before the eventual sales of the car. But, overall, it was a great experience working with JayWolfe Acura.

Mostly good
I love Jay Wolfe's whole operation. Yesterday, the Service Center did quite a bit of work on my 2012 TSX wagon. There was a snafu regarding the shuttle, but it worked out ok. They found a leak I was unaware of and will get fixed next week. I also dealt with the sales team yesterday, having agreed to listen to an offer for my car. That offer led to a discussion about purchasing a newer vehicle. That part of the visit wasn't as pleasant as I was in a bit of a hurry to get to an appointment.

Post 100K service
Nice waiting room. I had no problems and the recommended service was provided. I was not charged for the routine post 100K overhaul check up needed.

Great salesman Norm Dean
Norm is a great salesman and gentleman. He thoroughly explains the car. He helps the customer through the buying process. We will certainly send people to him. This is our third Acura and the car and particularly the service department keeps us coming back. And I know Norm and the service people will be there for us.

Jordan was Awesome!
Had a great experience! Jordan was very friendly and helpful explaining what would be included and what would be extra with my B1 service and provided some recommendations. He had a great sense of humor and made the service experience very enjoyable. The waiting area is phenomenal! Great friendly staff and such great choices of food and beverages. Really wish I had waited to have breakfast while I was waiting! Instead I settled for a cup of hot chocolate. :)
