disappointed

I really like my Acura and I think the Jay Wolfe dealership is great, however I had 1 request as I was getting my MDX serviced " fill the tires to 34#. Not only did I have to pay to have the tires rotated, someone let air out of the tires down to 31#. Sorry for this review, all of my other dealings have been great. Ron Griffith

Tracey was great!

Great experience! Tracey was really easy to work with and was accommodative to my needs and style. Love the car. Financing team was good. Tracey went the extra mile.

Great Experience

We worked with Chris Marshall and he was very helpful, attentive and very patient. We bought our 2nd Acura from this dealership and if I ever need to buy another, I will go to Jay Wolfe. I especially love their lounge. The experience is top notch and it screams chique.

Car Purchase

Jay Wolfe Acura had the make and model of a pre-owned vehicle we had been looking for which we purchased. Norm Dean answered all of our questions, was very easy to talk with, and he was a true professional.

Car sale

It was great working with Christopher in regards to the car purchase. His sales people helped us with all aspects of the car, as well as servicing in the future. Every aspect of the car purchase was easy and professionally handled. I would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a car.

Always 5Star

Even a routine oil change is special here. While sitting in their ver6 nice lounge a rep brought the cabin air filters to show me they were in good shape. A year ago we detected a problem while many states away. New ones put in. 8 did not tell them of the problem but assume c9mputer records must have shown that and they followed up without request. Impressive! Jimmy our salesman two years ago also recognized me and visited.
