Great Overall Experience
There is no substitute for professional service. Dusty handled my Service appointment, and everything was perfect. While we all know there are other options, there is no comparison to the high quality professional service we have always received here are Jay Wolfe.We are now on our 3rd or 4th Acura, and have had them all serviced here. Overall great experience
Let me start by saying I typically HATE the entire car buying process, particularly with two children in tow. However, Norm made the experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. He was patient, friendly, and didn't make me feel like we were playing games. Once we finalized the deal, it was time to sign the paperwork. This is when we met Danny who was also extremely friendly and patient. In fact, as he was going over the paperwork with us, he was helping our daughter sound out words. We will definitely be back to Jay Wolfe Acura!

Door won't open
A new battery was placed and I was unable to open my doors. I called dusty from home and took my car in. it was late in the day and Dusty took care of every thing. The BEST customer service, and the best guy to work with. dusty and Jay Wolfe are where I'll but my next car!!

Scheduled Maintenance became more than just routine
I had a scheduled maintenance code of A, 1, 2, 5 for my Acura. I used the online scheduling system (which is great) and I was able to get in very quickly. In addition, I was fortunate to have selected a loaner car. Because there ended up being more maintenance needed than I was expecting. My service specialist Dillon Rath looked through their system for me and got me every discount that I qualified for, or at least the best one for me, that gave the most savings. I really appreciate it. I could have gone anywhere for these larger service items. But, price matching and being a regular customer of theirs really helped me.

Courteous and professional
Had a good experience overall. Didn't feel high pressured and everyone was courteous and professional. Did have a bit of a wait to talk to the finance folks, but other than that it was a good experience.

Great buying experience
We were looking for a new car and Drew made sure we explored all our options and helped us narrow down the car we wanted. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have had a better experience and the icing on the cake was Lee Hubbard personally made sure we were well taken care of. Top knotch team at Jay Wolfe and after buying 5 cars from them we will be back when we are ready for our next.
