Fast Service
Very pleasant visit. This is my second Acura purchased and serviced here. The service staff explained the cost clearly. The snack bar staffs were very friendly and helpful. I have to mention Chuck Hanson, who sold me two Acuras with good experience.

Overall ok experience
Overall not a bad experience but some miscommunication between reception and sales. I called ahead and told the receptionist what vehicles I was interested in and she said they were available and set me up with an appointment time. However, when I arrived, no salesperson was immediately available and the cars I wanted to test drive were not even on the lot yet. Apparently she did not realize that although their inventory showed some 2017-18 CPO vehicles available, they weren't yet transferred to the dealership. I was a little disappointed that there were not more CPO vehicles available on the lot. There were several 2015 models, but very few models newer than 2015. My salesperson was nice and knowledgeable about the cars. Setting up the financing was relatively easy. I originally had an appointment time to pick up the car a few days later. I called ahead a day early to let them know I would need to push back my appointment time by a few hours. Again the receptionist who answered the phone said that would be no problem at all. However, the next day I was bombarded with phone calls and texts from my salesperson and the financial guys about how soon I could come in to pick the car up and sign the paperwork. I called to speak with my salesperson about how I had rescheduled to a later time and he sounded like that was less than ideal. I received a text from one of the finance guys that he needed me to send in some paperwork sooner than later so he could leave to go trick-or-treat with his family (I was picking up the car on Halloween). It felt a little unprofessional and was frankly annoying to get all these texts and calls while I was still at work. When I finally did arrive with the documents they had asked me to be prepared to provide, there were yet more documents I was supposed to have ready which I was not told about. It would have been nice to have had a heads up so that I didn't feel rushed gathering all the last minute information for them. In addition, I had already agreed upon financing and my monthly payment days ago and had discussed the warranty on the CPO car and was satisfied with that arrangement. Then, when I arrived to pick up the car I was met with more questions about did I want to add on an additional warranty for an extra price that would increase my monthly payment? I was annoyed that I thought we had gone through all of my available options and had agreed upon a price and yet here I am being asked about more warranty. Just would have been nice to have discussed that when I was originally negotiating my financing instead of working that in after the details had already been arranged. I felt a little blindsided that I hadn't been presented with this option prior to showing up to sign the final paperwork.

On time, courteous service.
Jordan was efficient, thorough and pleasant. Service was performed on time including wash and vacuum. Multi-point inspection was reviewed in detail. I will ask for Jordan on return visits.

Very nice people all around
Alejandro was great, as always. The guys at the snack bar were lovely too. Offering me refills for my tea and making me feel very welcome in general. Everyone was very courteous and respectful and helpful.

Oil change
I love the Acura service department, so much that I bring my Lexus here to get serviced over the Lexus dealership (we still have an Acura in the family too). Great job everyone!
