Efficient & courteous
Scheduled service visit. They greeted me promptly, we discussed the service needs, and they attended to it. I received an update near the end o the wait time. And the customer lounge fed me, provided coffee/tea, showed news, and provided wi-fi. A very good customer service experience.

2 hour oil change
I am not happy with my service from this dealership. I waited 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. They also left grease all over my floor mats and drivers side door! I have tan interior, so it was very noticeable and my floor mats are ruined!
