My experience at Jay Wolfe Acura service department was excellent. I was greeted immediately and walked through all of my service options in detail. Waiting for my car was painless due to the WiFi which allowed me to work remotely and the snacks and drinks provided! Overall, everyone was very kind and I would definitely go back.

Excellent service.
I had tire pressure problems and they discovered that I had nails in my two rear tires which they promptly replaced for me. I appreciated how they handled the service and filled all the fluids in my car for no charge. Overall, very happy with the service.

BEST ACURA DEALERSHIP EVER AND JON IS THE BEST EVER!!
I had been trying to pair my iPhone with my Acura bluetooth handsfree link for quite some time and was at my wits end - so sad, thinking I killed their connection forever (I thought you could only connect one iPhone at a time and got myself in trouble - deep, deEP, DEEP trouble). I googled around, tried to follow directions, videos - nothing worked. Suddenly - at the very end of my rope - I found Jay Wolfe's brilliant article on pairing my device with Acura's Handsfree link. Not only was the article brilliantly written, but super kind: Jay Wolfe invited readers with any remaining questions to call them (during my search for a solution I ran across many ads trying to sell cars - but Jay Wolfe distinguished themselves and stood head and shoulders above everyone else with their helpfulness)! Exasperated, I reached out to Jay Wolfe and their kind receptionist answered and put me in touch with Jon. Wow! Jon was an ANGEL!! It was most evident that Jon is committed to excellence (I have an MBA and it was very clear to me the corporate culture at Jay Wolfe is very customer-oriented and they live to help you--I love this and am super grateful to them for this). Jon kindly - and very patiently - walked me through every step. Jon did not give up even when I had just about lost hope (I had been thinking to myself that I'd just have to live without my Handsfree Link until the next phone after unwittingly selecting the "forget this device option," which the Apple tech support couldn't help me fix). Amazingly, Jon insured he could be with me every step of the way by literally recreating where I was on his end. His kindness and patience was unparalleled. He was so reassuring, kind, and clearly helpful - and Jon succeeded in helping me pair my iPhone with Acura Handsfree Link! He even kindly gave me a valuable tip, which I really loved. I will never forget the super kind sweetheart of an angel, Jon, who came to my rescue when I was just about pulling my hair out, exasperated, and beyond sad. Every time I turn on my Handsfree Link I will remember who made it possible. THANK YOU, JON!! YOU TRULY ARE THE BEST!!

Yesterday I purchased my dream car at Jay Wolfe Acura!
I’ve been shopping for a used car, for 8 weeks. I’ve been to many dealerships and used car lots looking for an older model Acura MDX with low miles. Yesterday I purchased my dream car at Jay Wolfe Acura! I called ahead for an appointment and Norm had the car I was interested in ready for me with a smile to test drive. This 2005 MDX had 102,000 miles, one owner purchased and maintained at this dealership. The price was excellent and customer service top shelf! I can see why the original owner had all maintenance done here. What a beautiful, comfortable and well stocked snack and beverage waiting area. I’ll continue to have my dream car serviced at Jay Wolfe! I also agree with why they traded it in for another new car! Fees were lower and less extensive than where I purchased another model SUV mid-September this year. Thank you so much Norm!

Since moving here and finding Jay Wolfe is has been a pleasure. The staff is great and waiting is never an issue. Coming from CA. and finding a home that feels just the same as you left says a good deal about your dealership. I have talked to others and they swear by Jay Wolf. Not knowing any of this before my arrival, I must say thanks for making my experience truly wonderful.

Top notch experience
I had a great car buying experience at Jay Wolfe Acura. Norm was always quick to respond and professional. After purchasing the car, I noticed the breaks were squeaking a couple days later, so I brought it back in and they installed new break pads for free. Very happy with the car, and would definitely buy from them again.
