15000 mile checkup on 2013 Avalon

Extremely satisfied with the service provided by Josh. Requested my oil changed and cabin filter be changed at this service expecting to pay for both, @ 150 dollars. Josh was able to provide my oil change at no cost due to Toyota Care. Thankyou very much.

Exceptional and genuine service

Jay Wolfe Toyota-Service Center provides exceptional service. I have been a customer for a year and I can always count on them for consistent excellent service. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Courteous, efficient, and very hospitable.

Tony, our assistant service manager, was very helpful. He made sure I knew about an additional cost I might incur and made certain I was comfortable with continuing with the service plan before proceeding. The maintenance was finished quicker than the estimate given and of course, I was very comfortable in the lounge with a complimentary snack and soft drink while I waited. I used a coupon for the oil change which made the cost less than if my husband changed it at home, so I will definetly save my husband the trouble if I continue getting bargain prices. I love the service here!

Very Happy!

Very happy with the service! I just moved here from San Diego and will always have my car serviced with Jay Wolf now! They take very good car of me, my family and my car!

Good experience

Saman is always great to work with us. This is the second car that we have bought through Saman and have been very pleased both times

Excellent as Always

The assistant manager/ service advisor was very thorough in explaining and very patient with my questions. He not only save me money but also made ways so I don't have to make a second trip.. Well trained personnel..

I went there for a recall.

It didn't cost me anything and the work was finished earlier that they predicted. I did not have as long a wait as I thought.

tinting front windows

Looks good, there are some bubbles on both windows. Larry advised me they will cure and disappear in three to four days.overall it looks good if the bubbles disappear.

Dedicated Service Team

I have a Toyota owner since I purchased my first T-100 in 1993 and have experienced service centers from Texas, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Mississippi. But the team that Greg Hines has put together is “Truly Exceptional”. I have had frequent scheduled maintenance repeatedly dealing with Greg, Tony Toy, and Darrell Gear; they go the extra effort to make sure that the service experience is a pleasant one. The Service Team is the “Number 1” reason why I would purchase a Toyota in the future. And the having Jordan Bugella take me to work with the service vehicle is great and allows me to leave my Avalon for the day. And, the service team can testify that I am "VERY" particular about my Avalon.
