I make a practice of choosing Tony as my service rep for every appointment. Not only is he friendly and helpful, he is willing to explain why and when suggested services are needed.

I was perfectly happy with my 2010 Prius, but since we got a letter about an upgrade, we decided to just check it out. I told Michael Margolin he would have to come up with a really good deal for me to give up my 2010 Prius, because I really like it alot and have no complaints. Well, he came up with an offer we couldn't refuse, and now I have a beautiful new Nautical Blue Metallic Prius. The day after I picked it up, I drove it 13 hours to Albuquerque and it handled perfectly.

Fadil is awesome. He's no nonsense and to the point and really tried to get us the best deal. It was an easy experience and I would go back for my next car.

Every staff person I dealt with from the time I checked in, was in the waiting area and the check-out were friendly and helpful. A comfortable place is provided while customers wait and the waiting time is very reasonable. I also appreciated the car wash included!

This location and Saman truly impressed me. I had a bad situation and needed a car. Saman helped me into the car I really wanted at a fair price. I truly felt taken care of. Even when it came time to speak with Dustin for financing, I was given the best they could provide me. My past experiences with car dealerships have been bad and felt like they were trying to get as much money from me. At Jay Wolfe, they did whatever they could to get me a rate to fit my budget. I will come back to this location and recommend it to everyone. They truly care about the customer service experience from the cafe to the entire sales process. This was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had. John in finance went above and beyond getting us at a payment that worked well for our family.

Rebecca was quick to find and get my truck to the dealership. Steve was awesome, he helped us go over the truck and answered any questions that we had. I have owned Toyotas in the past so I was famaliar with the setup so I did not have too many questions for him. Got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted and earlier than I wanted.

Mario Rodriguez(our main salesman) was very honest, reliable, customer friendly, always available to answer our questions and concerns. I will rate him 9.5/10. Mike (Finance person) gave us very good APR on our purchase and provided us very good customer services that any customer is lookign for, We will definitely recommand this dealership to my friends. We did not expect to be able to buy the van that we did. We were very pleased with the honesty of our salesperson. He introduced us to a van that we did not even know was available.
