Semi ok service, I guess... they are kind, but very unorganized and poor communication. The service department is awful. I called before driving out there (35 minutes away and informed them of that) and when I got there (35 minutes later) they had already closed for the day... early! The guy in the service department who answered the phone did not even bother to tell me they were closing soon or anything. I had to wait for a manager to find the keys so he could access my vehicle so I could pick it up. I would not recommend at all. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Found a 2023 Jeep Gladiator listed on cars.com with a “price decrease” down to $44k. Inquired on the vehicle and found out it’s still available. It took 3 days to get back to me on a trade value and “my price”. Well.. “my price” was $50k because they can choose when to apply rebates and who gets them. I inquired as to what specific rebates didn’t apply versus what you have advertised and the salesman could not explain. I will never work with this dealership and would caution others to do their homework.

We were told our monthly payments were a certain amount. When we went back to sign papers payments were $100.00 more. Also fog lights were out & we were told to bring back & it would be fixed at their cost since it was missed during check in period. Then they wanted us to pay for it. Also nobody & I mean NOBODY knows what's going on.

I walked in and was immediately greeted. The guy that helped me had very great customer service skills and was very friendly. I have a crystler 300 and the oil needed changed and transmission fluid checked. I was expecting to pay around $250-300 bucks but got a discounted price and only paid $165. I definitely will be going back when service to my vehicle is needed again
