I bought a new truck!

I worked with Hayden and he made getting into a new truck easy! If anyone wants a younger guy that won't make things difficult, then I suggest going to see Hayden at Landmark Dodge!

Came to buy! But Chris said no.

I stopped in this afternoon to buy a car. I have bought 5-cars from Landmark in the last few years. I was greeted by Chris? We were standing in front of some VWs and I was interested. When I asked Chris said there was too many cars to know the prices. Did not offer to find out the price but rather asked me to come inside to discuss the cars. Why would I go in to discuss the car without knowing the price? How test drive? Did this "Salesman" really think that would work with me? Save it for someone else. Chris just lost Landmark a REPEAT CUSTOMER! But that is just the par for the course. Oh BTW METRO FORD WAS HAPPY TO GIVE ME A PRICE. Good job Chris! Just can't believe this thing. By Landmark. '

10 star for Body Shop!

Had a collision where a lady hit my car-State Farm nightmare! However, the body shop-Johnathon worked hard on getting the repairs that were needed taken care of. Great communication, personable and did what he said he was going to do! Overall, a great experience in a not-so-great situation with the insurance company. Would take my Dodge here again if any other issues.

Run away

Showed me a car leaking oil. Sold next car while I was test driving it. Accidentally took home their key and said they would call cops and report it stolen when I told them they must pick it up. Run run away

Don’t trust this dealership

Had a deal with the salesman and the general manager backed out of it and they was not even going to notify me about it. I would not trust this dealership

Sketchy

Didn't even get to purchasing vehicle. Had to request photos and that was annoying. They said that there was a $1,180 inspection fee for the state and I called in to the state department of Missouri vehicle motor department and they told me one fee was $12 and another fee was 24 for smog for a total of 36 dollars. I also called multiple shops that were listed for doing these inspections and they all told me the same dollar amount $36 for both would be needed. When brought this to the dealerships attention I got nothing back for response and it's been 2 days.
