I bought the SUV on April 10th and have say that I am very happy about the vehicle. I have built Fords since I had them at 17 and now 70. I don't need to say much about Ford but I have to say working with Jamie S. was a Sales Professional. It is good dealing with her and glad that bought the SUV. I have been in business for a long time and it is fun that young people really like the job. She was great

the good: extremely friendly service staff. Even with poor credit they approved me for a loan. the bad: prices are often 7-8 THOUSAND over KBB to buffer prices which they admitted. will not show an itemized bill for the car during negotiations. also refused to honor their own deal. in conclusion, they'll approve you but you'll pay dearly for it.

Lied to me about having a car at a sister store 30 miles away. It was 3 states away at an unaffiliated dealer. Too pushy!!!

Tim was a very good salesman. He was polite and very courteous. We are very pleased with the truck we bought. The dealership was clean and the coffee was good! The finance guy was really nice and explained everything very well.

My husband needed a truck for work. I had already been approved at a buy-here/pay-here type delearship but the loan offered wasn't ideal. I called Gilbert and explained the situation. He told me to come on in and gave his word he could get me in a vehicle the same day with a better offer. He and Steven both went above and beyond. They not only kept their word but they got us into a vehicle that was the perfect fit for our family. When our other vehicle broke down Steven even delivered the truck to me so that I wouldn't be stranded at home with kids and no transportation. This experience made a returning customer, a lifelong one.

Fixed my car and had it running again. On the phone I was told it was mainly all due to the part expense and little labor, yet the invoice showed the labor was just as much. Slightly disappointed but still satisfied.

Very good experience today. I went in to drive a couple of different F150 to decide on which power plant I wanted. I drove out with a Clean low mile F150. My salesman Roy was great through the whole process as well as the sales manager and the financial manager...

Attempted to contact the dealer about a specific vehicle and was never called or emailed. They didn't even bother to try to sell me a new truck.
