Requested oil, filter, air filter, cabin filter change,

Requested oil, filter, air filter, cabin filter change, tire rotation and tail light bulb replacement. Only did oil, filter and bulb replacement and swept my truck out. Took almost 2 hours even though I made an appointment and stated everything I wanted done twice.

Service sub par

Called and Booked a service for oil, filter, air filter and cabin filter change, a tire rotation and replace the driver side tail light bulb. Repeated the request to the service manager upon arrival. She said we will get you fixed up. Go to check out about an hour and a half later and they only did a oil, filter, tail light and swept out my truck. Very disappointing.

Great service

Scheduled general maintenance on 2 vehicles. Dellen took care of both cars with absolutely no delay. I have seen a huge improvement from my visits that occurred during the pandemic.

So they get a one star off for not only losing my appointment the first time I booked but also for not being able to fix the issue I was having with my vehicle on the following visits. However, they are very kind, professional and did very good work. Would suggest
