Both Matt and Mark were amazing.
Both Matt and Mark were amazing. Matt was extremely patient, listened to our needs, and aided us in finding the car that was right for us, not the car that he was trying to sell. He was extremely flexible to our ever changing schedule, and just overall a good guy. The same can be said for Mark. He was prepared, thorough, and gave us plenty of options. I especially appreciate his approach to the gap insurance. He provided a fact based sales pitch based on our specific vehicles, but DID NOT hard sell us on the product, or make us feel pressured in any way. Both Matt and Mark are the epitome of the kind of people you want as the face of your organization. Over 20 years ago I had two very bad experiences at Dellen that have kept me away ever since. Requested oil, filter, air filter, cabin filter change,
Requested oil, filter, air filter, cabin filter change, tire rotation and tail light bulb replacement. Only did oil, filter and bulb replacement and swept my truck out. Took almost 2 hours even though I made an appointment and stated everything I wanted done twice.

Service sub par
Called and Booked a service for oil, filter, air filter and cabin filter change, a tire rotation and replace the driver side tail light bulb. Repeated the request to the service manager upon arrival. She said we will get you fixed up. Go to check out about an hour and a half later and they only did a oil, filter, tail light and swept out my truck. Very disappointing.
