I walked into the front door of Johnson Lexus at approximately 5PM, and was met by Kenneth Ward. Within 3 hours, I had a test drive, got a trade in offer on my old car, went through financing, signed the papers, and drove away in my new car! I have so much confidence in Tim that I trade sight unseen. If you do not have insurance, they offer that. If you forget to totally clean out your car, they do .that.. All paper work is ready and all you have to do is sign and drive. They have a bow on your car, take your picture, and everything is explained in detail. They strive to make you happy. Even after the sell, they still check on you. No other dealership can come close to comparing with their efficiency and service!!.How many people can say that they buy a car and not even test drive it?? You can with Tim and Johnson Lexus!
