I saw a vehicle online in which I was interested. I was able to confirm it was available via phone and made contact with a sales person named Sergio Escarcega. When I arrived at the dealership and was looking around Sergio found me. He was helpful and friendly and the whole experience was very straight forward. I ended up purchasing the car and Sergio kept me in the loop on an accessory that was included and let me know when it was available. We got a nice tour of the service area - very well kept.

I found this car through Eb at Johnson Lexus. This place is very professional with none of the usual Pushy sales people. I was able to get a very reasonable price on what I hope will be a great car. It will be my second car from Johnson Lexus.

This was our third Lexus vehicle and they are better than ever. One of the best things about buying a Lexus (besides getting a luxury quality reliable vehicle) is the dealer experience. Attentive sales staff, pleasant surroundings, and low/no pressure. Visiting Johnson Lexus is like going to Starbucks only better as the refreshments are free, and it's probably cleaner! Initial inquiry about the RX 350 we were interested in was online. Gavin followed up quickly and was prepared with the vehicle we wanted when we arrived at the dealership. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were fully satisfied with our vehicle. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer services! Moses Norman is knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. He thoroughly and patiently answered all our questions. Took us for a test drive and explained the vehicle to us in details.
