My first vehicle purchase from Lexus was in 2011, and we were blown away by the excellent customer service we received from Travis Howard. He consistently exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process by listening to and focusing on our needs, addressing all of our questions and concerns, and following up and following through often - and always in a timely manner. So when we unexpectedly needed to make another purchase for my husband in 2016, we contacted Travis and he knocked it out of the park again! Last month, our son needed a vehicle and we called Travis once again because we've grown accustomed to his level of professionalism, service and support. It's second to none, and for our family, working with him is always an above and beyond experience!

We bougt our lease out and as always Johnson Lexus and Travis Howard was awesome. We always feel like we are customers that mean something to their dealership and they are appeciative of our busIness. April the Business/Finance manager was awesome as well. This was my first Lexus (actually first new vehicle in many years) and the experience was outstanding. Hosam, my sales rep, is a genuinely nice guy and knows the Lexus product extremely well. They all went out of their way to find me the RX with the features and functions I really wanted. My salesperson, Eb, obviously listened to what I was looking for even though I didn't think he had! More than a week had gone by and I had heard nothing. I was preparing to call and see what was going on when I got a call from him. A car had come in that was exactly what I was looking for. Since I live 2 hours away I couldn't just drop everything and go by so Eb advised me to put a down payment on the vehicle so It couldn't be sold out from under me. THEN I got sick so it was several days before I could visit the dealership. Of course, the vehicle WAS exactly what I was looking for and today I am driving it! Thank goodness Eb gave me good advice as I am sure that vehicle would have been sold to someone else! Every person we dealt with at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh was knowledgeable, professional but friendly and helpful. The only downside was from start to finish we were there for 6 hours and we still didn't schedule my first maintenance visit. Would I buy another vehicle from Johnson Lexus of Raleigh? You betcha!

Great service by Tim Lyon. He took the time to discuss options available to me and to help me understand all services available to me after the sale. Christian Davidson was also very easy to work with and I felt no pressure. Enjoyed the experience
