For many years I have been the proud owner of a Johnson Lexus. I have worked with Tim Lyons in purchasing my previous Lexus's. I purchased my 1st. 2nd and 3rd Lexus from Tim. He understood my needs, what I was looking for and in return was able to find the perfect Lexus each time. His follow up and follow through is second to none. Timely, professional, and courteous. The experience was above my expectations. Salesman Mr. Gene Johnson and finance department were great to work with. The finance person who handled my paperwork made everything relaxing.

He was very responsive, never pushy, worked with our schedule, and with our unique situation trading in two vehicles. My wife also had a very good experience at the first service, so the entire team there is really well trained and involved in the customer experience.

This dealership has ben pretty good so far. Just picked up the vehicle on Monday, so I have not had much time to check for any issues. The proof will be in the service. My salesperson was excellent at following up and trying to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. I would like to give an excellent rating, but need more time with the vehicle to see how it goes. Have a couple of reservations that were not the dealership, but involved getting the ENFORM system going.
