The Best car at the Best dealership!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from the same salesman at the same dealership for one reason...they both are the Best in the Triangle! Eb Udofia at Johnson Lexus is unmatched in client service and satisfaction. I highly recommend both.

Well Pleased

For many years I have been the proud owner of a Johnson Lexus. I have worked with Tim Lyons in purchasing my previous Lexus's. I purchased my 1st. 2nd and 3rd Lexus from Tim. He understood my needs, what I was looking for and in return was able to find the perfect Lexus each time. His follow up and follow through is second to none. Great sale and first service experience

Nothing but good things to say about Johnson Lexus in Raleigh and our salesperson, Gavin Sherk. He was very responsive, never pushy, worked with our schedule, and with our unique situation trading in two vehicles. I will definitely buy from them again and recommend anyone I know in the market for a new or used Lexus to see Gavin. My wife also had a very good experience at the first service, so the entire team there is really well trained and involved in the customer experience.

Car Quest

This dealership has ben pretty good so far. Just picked up the vehicle on Monday, so I have not had much time to check for any issues. The proof will be in the service. My salesperson was excellent at following up and trying to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. I would like to give an excellent rating, but need more time with the vehicle to see how it goes. Have a couple of reservations that were not the dealership, but involved getting the ENFORM system going.

I previously wrote a review about my great experience working with Johnson Lexus of Raleigh. I also want to add a specific shout-out to my sales guy, Tim Lyon. I have worked with Tim for 12 years. In that time I purchased a car, leased three cars, and most recently purchased my last leased vehicle. Tim has worked with me every time. I feel respected and cared for. Tim makes the process feel simple. And after the deal, Tim always touches base to make sure I'm happy with my car. I choose Johnson Lexus of Raleigh--and Tim Lyon specifically--because I get consistent, superior customer service.

Great Car Dealer--Really!

Every member of the Johnson Lexus team is amazing, providing a friendly and competent experience every time. My sales guy, Tim Lyon, goes above and beyond. My family and I have purchased two cars and leased three cars in the past 12 years, and we value and trust the service provided by Tim Lyon. I feel I get straight talk and no-nonsense price negotiation, and I never feel cheated. He is quick to answer my emails and phone calls. This dealership--and Tim in particular--makes me feel like the most important person in the building. I thoroughly enjoy being a customer of Johnson Lexus.
