Great Experience Ever!!

LEO SULLIVAN-WONDERFUL, AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly from the time I walked through the door!! It is very rare that you come to a car dealership and like everyone you come in contact with but this is the case at Mark Jacobson!! My salesman, Leo Sullivan was awesome!!! He was very upfront and honest with me and made sure he got me the best deal I could possibly get!! Very nice and very professional!! My sales manager, Kim Danchulis was awesome as well. He go the me the best amount for my trade that I could ever expect. I highly recommend this dealership, Leo, and Kim to everyone who is looking to buy a new Toyota. When I am ready for a new Toyota, I will definitely be back to this dealership!!

Excellent Service and They Do Say Yes!

I would not consider another dealer for Toyota in the area. They strive for customer satisfaction and are very passionate about the Toyota brand. Truly a great dealership. Oh, the coffee in the lounge is great!

Nice place

We had a great salesman Leo Sullivan. He answered all our questions.he was there early. Concerned about us getting the best price possible. Showed us how to use the Nav. And set up my Bluetooth.

90K and still GREAT service!

I recently brought my Camry in for a 90,000 mile service check-up-- I've been coming in every 5K miles and the service has been excellent! Unfortunately, I cannot remember the service represetative that worked with me, but he was very courteous and knowledgeable and got back to me very promptly. Thank you so much!!

Cheater

I purchased a brand new 2012 Toyota Sienna Limited from Mark Jacobson in July 2012 and had been very pleased until it was time to get new tires for my vehicle and I purchased them from Hillsborough Tire at which time I was shown a rim that was taken off my car which had the markings and had come from a salvage yard. The tire pressure reader had been damaged but did still work. I went immediately to Mark Jacobson and demanded that my salvage rim be replaced with a new one which they have refused to do. The salvage rim was from a 2010 Toyota. I am getting a fully run around because they cannot locate where the salvage rim was put on my car. That is not my problem. All I know is that I have had no flats and no work done on my tires except that it has been in to Mark Jacobson a time or two because the tire pressure sensor light came on.

I never thought I would purchase a Toyota / personal reasons But recently I stopped in at Mark Jacobson of Durham I spoke with Luke and he introduced me to Sandra Mckinney who was professional, informative andvery nice. After speaking with her and test driving the Camary I decided to buy. I want to sas they are the best and thanks for saying Yes! Note my son an auto / diesel mechanic was so shocked that I brought a Toyota he applied for a job.!
