Thank you Mark Jacobson & Team!! This is my second purchase from this dealership, and nothing but awesome service, friendly staffing, and smooth rides. I bought my first Toyota Corrolla in 2005, salesman Ian Edgington, was the best, told him what all I was looking for, and boom I drove off lot in a new car. Here nine years later, in need of a new automobile, I decides to pay Mark Jacobson another visit. Of course who looks after me, Ian Edgington, my same rep, with the same friendly service, same passion. Thanks so much Ian, drove off lot in another reliable vehicle!!

My Fiancé and I came in & were instantly greeted by several friendly employees! We only intended to look and price quote cars today, but were surprised and excited to drive away in a brand new car! Mario Love was an absolute pleasure to work with and was able to get us a GREAT price on a brand new Scion FRS! We couldn't believe how fast the process was too! We were in & out (looking, test driving, paperwork, & financing) in abut 2 hours! We walked away with the monthly payment we were hoping for with an added bonus of not having to even put any money down! Mario made sure all of our questions were answered, we received the best deal possible, and were 100% happy with our purchase. I was in the market for a new vehicle and was researching the Toyota 4Runner and Tacoma. Upon entering the Truck area I was greeted by salesperson Jason Schiffman and I explained to Jason what I was looking for in a vehicle and the 2 models I was considering. Jason took the time to show me the vehicles on the lot and we took each model for a test drive. Even though they were not exactly what I wanted they were close enough to test drive and help me determine which model if any I may want. At no time was I pressured to purchase anything. Jason was very patient to listening to all my questions and concerns as I tried to determine which vehicle would best suit my needs. I left with the info and at no time was pressured to stay or purchase anything. Several days later I came back to look at the vehicles and test drive them again. Jason was just as courteous, patient and helpful as before. I decided on the 4Runner with specific model/color/features. I let Jason know I did not like to haggle and expected a fair market value price. Jason found a vehicle which matched my requirements and at an excellent price that met my expectations. We made the deal and a few days later the 4Runner arrived and Jason picked me up at my home to take me to the dealership. The rest of the car buying process was just as smooth, professional and courteous. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had and I would go back to purchase another vehicle.

I was in the dealership a few dys ago I talked to Cathy in the used car dept. I told her what i needed and she took care of the rest. I had to compromise on the color of the car but it was ok. I traded in the 2009 for a 2012 model. I has better navigation and other interfaces, better seat, i like it very much. Cathy did a great job as a sales person no complaints. Herbie in the business office did a wonderful job with all the paperwork. I have no negative coments to make. *** The reason I went back to Mark jacobson Toyota was the excelent service department and parts department. I have used them over the past 5 years. A Toyota Avalon has been my dream car but we could not afford one. We went to Mark Jacobson and they made my dream come true. Edwin Caldwell, an extremely pleasant and experienced sales consultant, was determined to find me the car of my dream. He understood we could not affort a new one so he worked diligently with their used car department to find a low mileage "certified" used car. The car had all the features and colors (interior and exterior) that I was hoping for, but was slightly higher than the price limit we had set. Edwin introduced us to Ken, the general manager of the used car department, who then worked with us and made it possible to complete the sale. All in all we were very pleased with the service, the knowledge and dedication of the staff. Thank you Mark Jacobson for a great and enjoyable car purchase experience.

This is the second Prius I have bought from Mark Jacobson Toyota. Both times Alex has been my sales associate. He is very patient, friendly and is knowledgable about the vehicles. He makes the entire car buying process stress-free. I have all my service work done at the dealership and stay and wait for the service to be done. I have found each member of the service team to be very helpful, and the wait times very short. All the staff at Mark Jacobson are wonderful! I highly recommend them!!
