Herb Chambers Cadillac and Herb Chambers Maserati of Warwick

This was my first time visiting this dealership. I have bought several cars in the past (all from different establishments) and my experience at Alfa Romeo of Warwick was by far the best. I had plans to visit many other dealerships yesterday but bought a new Giulia without ever leaving this place. There was zero pressure to buy and all aspects of the process from the moment I walked in the door were handled expertly. They also follow through after the purchase and take the time to see if any questions have come up. I worked mostly with Andy and Maz, both exceptionally helpful, but every single team member I interacted with was great. Jackie S in the finance department offered extremely helpful advice as well, and made everything go as smoothly as possible. I was able to leave with my new car immediately but was unable to because I had driven another car there. Vinny was sent to pick up myself and a small child to take us back to the dealership- he called in advance and was very nice to both of us. I would definitely buy from this dealership in the future.

Noel was fantastic to work with on my new Alpha Romeo purchase. He was friendly, knowledgeable and transparent throughout the entire process. Once the paperwork was complete he spent the time going through all the features and helped me get out of there as quick and easily as possible. If your in the market for an Alpha Romeo or Maserati, Noel is the guy to see!

Shawna was excellent. Very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Although she was extremely busy handling multiple issues at the same time, she dedicated time to explain the repair.

Buying out a lease and I was forced to go 70 miles away since other herb chamber dealers refused to do. Love how Herb Chambers brags about size of network and its useless. Also a new fee from dealers charged an extra 500 dollars for a useless inspection on top of 600 for paperwork fees. I will not be using Herb Chambers anymore.
