Buying his real 1st car.
My Son Forrest and I had been shopping around for a car. Not sure what he wanted but we did have a budget. We randomly stopped in at Herb Chambers. .where we met Peter Thomas. All I can say is it was a pleasure from beginning to end. We ended up purchasing a 2009 hyundia Sonata that we found on line in Massachusetts. Peter made it happen. Buying a car can be a long drawn out process..Peter made it very pleasant. Would I go back to Peter...? You BET! Would I refer him? . Once yes! Thanks Peter for making buying a car a good experience. Sorry I have to write this
This is my third car bought by Herb Chambers. This is my last Cadillac that I will get in the RI dealer. We are in the market for another Cadillac because very poor service in a new car I will go straight to the Mercedes dealer in Natick. No comparison with the service and management team. I can believe is the same company. One is run like a gas station and the other one is the best in every department. It has been 6 months since I was at the Cadillac dealer because my trunk lock is broken, After many phone calls today I was inform that the piece has been there for 6 months. The car is blowing oil, Nobody called back, I bought a car with 1800 miles. I told to Leo the sales manager and I felt bully. If I can get out the car I will. No post sale service a lot.

Worst Dealer Ever
The worst dealer to ever have to work with. Very careless and unresponsive. Even lost my car once when in for service. I would never buy a car from and Herb Chamber. Everyone should think twice before going there

AMAZING customer service from my sales rep George
I recently purchased a CTS coupe from George B at Herb Chambers Cadillac. From the second I stepped foot into the dealership he made me feel comfortable and welcome. I have purchased vehicles in the past and once they got me to sign on the dotted line the service ended, but not with George. He explained, very patiently, every feature of the car. The service I got from George wasn't the typical service you get walking into a car dealership. He treated me like family. I wasn't sure if my car would fit in my garage so George brought the car to my house and made sure it would fit. What sales rep does that??? It gets even better. I'm technically challenged so after I bought the car he came back to my house and programmed my garage door opener to my car. Cadillac is my car of choice and George Belovitch is now my salesman for life. You WILL NOT find better service.

#1 in Customer Service I recently purchased a new ATS. George was my salesman. He made me feel like i was his only customer. I wasn't sure if I wanted to commit to making a purchase and I was just calling around to get prices. I called over to Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick and spoke to Kevin who was very helpful and informative. Kevin was the first person to pleasantly greet me at the dealership. He then introduced me to George and I was sold from there. The treatment I got from George was amazing. He made it a joy to buy a car. His fun friendly personality kept me entertained. He knew his stuff about all the cars. I had a million questions for him and he answered them all. The GSM Neil introduced himself to me. He was also very friendly and reassured me that I was in the hands of his best salesman. What an amazing team over at Herb Chambers.

Best Dealership Ever!
I would like to let everyone know how wonderful this dealership is. If it were not for Mario and Paul I would not be out of my last car and into a new car that I absolutely love. Mario reached out to me to follow up on whether or not I was still looking to purchase a vehicle, I had not bought anything yet due to being so upside down in my car loan. I thought I was going to be stuck with my old car for at least another 3 years until it was paid off, but NOPE Mario and Paul were able to get me into a VERY NICE Toyota Camry Se. I love the car, and I love the fact that they did not forget about me. I can't say anything but positive things for this dealership. I have never seen anyone try so hard to please a customer. If you are looking for a dealership where you are a person and not just a commission you need to visit this dealership. I will definitely go back when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. Bought a used car without seeing it!
I was looking for an older used Cadillac CTS, in great condition. Found it in Autotrader. Took me to Herb Chambers in R.I. I am from Wi. Peter was so nice to work with, you really have to trust your dealer when your buying out of state. I would recommend that you ask for Peter, you won't be disappointed.
