Pre-owned purchase 12/11/14 Nissan Sentra 2013

Tonight was an amazing night for my husband Bob and I. We found the perfect car for me! It's so beautiful, smooth riding, state of the art technology, big difference compared to my old 98 Buick Century Custom! I love my new car! I am extremely happy, elated! It's like a dream come true for me! Our Sales Representative, Jim Jacobs is excellent, and made us feel very comfortable with our new purchase. Jackie was very nice did all the transactions, etc. went smoothly! We were able to drive our car home tonight! Bob and I (Pauline) want to wish all of you at Herb Chambers Dealership a Happy Holiday Season and a great 2015!

I Bought My First Caddy!!!

I was in the market for a SUV and had been researching my options. I have been a loyal and happy Lexus customer for over 15 years but thier current lineup of SUV's was not exactly what I was in the market for. My brother in law recommended me to H.C. of Warwick, I was impressed. I explained what I wanted in my new car and the team was on it George Belovitch my sales professional showed me all my model options, Jeff Funaro took in my trade, Leo Tahajian made the dollars work, and Paul Nischo business manager put the finishing touches on the deal. If you are in the market for a new car do yourself a favor and visit Herb Chambers before you make I final decision I'm glad I did. Love my Caddy!

I Bought My First Caddy

The Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Buy your next car here

We found the car online at Autotrader or cargarus, very shortly after we were contacted by Lauren to answer any questions. Then we came to an agreement for the value estimated my trade in with Lauren and Jeff online and by phone. (Response time was always great). We had financing in place, but Kevin was able to find a deal better by over 1/2 a percent over my local lender. He had the deal approved in about an hour or less from when we spoke. We travelled over 3 hours to come to this dealership not knowing what to expect. Upon walking in the dealership, we were met by Harold, welcoming us by name before making to the receptionist desk. Lauren walked over to introduce herself. Kevin stopped in to Harold’s office to introduce himself and gather some documents from me to expedite the process. Jeff came an introduced himself before we left to ensure our satisfaction. Every member of the sales staff greeted us and asked us about our trip to the dealership, wished us a safe trip home, or commented on the car we were purchasing. It made it feel like the entire organization was truly working together to do every little thing they could to make our experience the best possible. The paper process at the dealership was very quick and easy. I kept waiting for the catch, but there was none. The payment I was told a few days before I made it to the dealership stayed the same as I was promised. The dealership had stepped up and gave me a little more for my trade in upon inspection of the car to make sure my goal was met. The car was detailed beautifully. Zero mechanical issues. No dings, dents or any visible imperfections. We truly would like to thank everyone at the dealership and the people that worked with us, and the people behind the scene we did not get to meet. We are in sales ourselves and know it takes a great effort from every person no matter what their title is to make a transaction like this go flawless. Thank you to everyone. High Quality Customer Service at unbelievable Prices

My experiences at Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick has been nothing but excellent. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed and not harassed into buying a vehicle as experienced at some places I have been. The car salesman, managers and all the staff are professional and have wonderful personalities. The staff here go out of their way to accommodate you. I bought my first car here and the reason I keep on going back is because of the professional service that I get each time I go back. In a way you feel like family when you go there. They are very honest about the vehicles in terms of recommending which one will fit you and which one they feel will not. They make you feel like it's not all about selling but about the customer. They have made my buying experience exceptional. They take time to educate you on the numerous vehicles and features & truly help you in making a wise decision. I leave you with this. If you're looking for a car whether be a Cadillac or whatever it may be Herb Chambers is the only place that I will buy a car.

Engine light on from 1st day

Bought my car last Friday -- the engine light has been on since the first day -- and now the car is a science project for Herb Chambers and GM. I want my XTS back in running order. Can't understand why the engine light was on in the first place --- dealer staff was using the car with the light on rather than fixing the problem so the car could be sold without any problems or interruptions. Very strange and disturbing. The good news is that my sales associate, George, if a fabulous person --- caring, attentive and supportive. Herb Chambers has my $$$ but I don't have my XTS. :(

OUTSTANDING SERVICE

I was looking for a new Cadillac and I had already knew that Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick had quite an inventory, I had the pleasure of dealing with Harold as the salesman and also Neil the GM, I cannot tell you how they really went above and beyond to get me into a new Cadillac, they were so very nice and they really had to do quite a bit to get me a new Cadillac for what I wanted to pay per month. I did do some checking around at Long Cadillac and Diamond Cadillac, they were nice but they could not compare to what I was getting from Herb Chambers. Also, when I went to sign the papers and pick up the car, the business manager Kevin Barry treated me like I was a part of his family, he explained everything and I mean everything, he also went over my credit report, he wanted me to understand everything on the credit report besides the papers I was signing. They are all really great people, but besides that, they are going to do whatever it takes to get you into the car you want. Harold, Neil and Kevin Barry are just outstanding people they absolutely deserve recognition for such a great job, I am so very happy with everything. Basically what I want to say is, you have to give Herb Chambers Cadillac a chance at amazing you like they amazed me, I promise if you go there, that dealership will be your dealership forever!!!!!! Thank you Harold, Neil and Kevin!!!!!!!!!!!!

NOT IMPRESSED

This was our 1st trip to HCC and also our last. This was not our 1st buying experience at a dealership. I got the feeling right away that we were not a priority due to the fact that we weren't looking at NEW cars. We were lowballed on our trade-in and they refused to budge on the price of the used car we were interested in. They were "friendly" enough, but didn't really seem interested in making us happy. We expected more from a "big name" dealership. The car had "blizzak" winter tires, for which we told them that those were not all-season and that we expected them to change them...OVERRULED! There was only a single key at delivery, and we were told that the "key guy" only came on Monday afternoons, and that we would have to accommodate HIS schedule which was a 2 hour window. We have put approximately 4000 miles on the car since buying it less than 5 months ago and there is a problem with the transmission now. Steve the sales manager, tells us that they're very sorry that it is not under warrantee anymore. Yes, we are upset...but we'll get the repairs done somewhere else and we will never forget to tell everyone how we were disappointed. We honestly did not expect that Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick would be run like a lowly used car lot!!

Great dealership to work with

I have purchased many new cars over the years at Herb Chambers Cadillac of Warwick and the old Providence dealership for both my wife and myself, from the General Manager Neil Ferreira to my sales person George Belovitch, the service department and the rest of the staff are great people to deal with, everyone gives you there best effort, they always new what I wanted and made it work, my experience has always been A+

Thank you for a great experience

I purchased a 2012 GMC Terrain from Herb Chambers Cadillac in Warwick RI this weekend. It was such a pleasant experience. I found my car through Auto Trader. I went to their website to value my trade in and immediately received an email and a phone call from Victoria who was very nice and helpful. I live about an hour and half away and wanted to talk financing before I drove down there so Victoria put me in touch with Paul who was fantastic. Through phone and email we were able to get all of the financing details ironed out before I went to test drive the car. When we got to the dealership the car was already pulled up waiting for me. We met our Salesman Kenny who was also great and very knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure dealing with a great group of people. I felt like I mattered to them and I wasn't just a sale. I would definitely recommend your dealership to others.
