I spent a lot of time searching for a used vehicle, prior to coming to Herb Chambers, and Steven and Andrea accommodated me more than I ever expected with a wonderful vehicle and more importantly met my budget!! I was greeted immediately by the sales manager Steven Mello, who then set me up with a salesperson. Andrew Fenster was very accommodating and showed me a number of low mileage pre-owned vehicles. I purchased a 2014 BMW X3 and got an amazing deal. Both gentlemen were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. It was such a pleasure working with them. I just purchased my second Cadillac CTS from Herb Chambers in Warwick. The buying experience was no pressure and I found the sales person (Jim Jacobs) to be knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The day that I finalized the deal was pretty busy and the staff ( Jim, Steve Mello and Kevin Barry) went out of their way to be accommodating to me and the other clients there. I have previously been here for some minor service with my 1st CTS and was more than pleased with the service staff and the service itself. On top of this experience I love the CTS, my old one and the new one. I would highly recommend the dealership and the Cadillac CTS. It ain't your fathers Cady!

I have to say that going to Cadillac Herb Chambers gave me a new perspective of what a business is all about. The great customer service I received from Roberto De La Rosa was expectacular. In the beginning, I was very nervous with having to buy another vehicle.
