I was apprehensive about buying a new car because of the cost, but Pedro worked with me and helped me to stay within my budget. He was very professional and courteous, and after having a few negative experiences with other dealerships I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and efficient Pedro made the buying experience. I went into the dealership knowing exactly what i wanted and how much i wanted to spend. With most car dealer experiences i have had i figured this would be difficult. Quirk Nissan was so different from my past experiences at other places. Michael Morris really put it together for me. Everything went exactly how i wanted it to go. He gave me an honest price over the phone and when i got there Keith (his manager) made sure everything went smoothly. When i came back for my registration i was promised by Sean that i would be in and out within ten minutes... he fulfilled that promise! These guys were naturals. They really made sure that they made the customer the number one priority. I am very happy with my new Sentra and i look forward to doing business with them again in the future.
