I have had the pleasure of working with Holly Lima at Acura of Peabody for over a decade now, and I can confidently say she is the best service adviser I've ever encountered. Her commitment to providing top-notch customer service has been consistent throughout these years. Recently, when I encountered an issue with my Acura, I reached out to Holly, and she promptly scheduled me in for service. She patiently explained the various issues and quickly formulated a plan to resolve them. Thanks to her efficiency, I was back in my Acura within just a couple of days. Having owned vehicles from various brands, Holly is one of the main reasons I continue to choose Acura. Her dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. Acura of Peabody is incredibly fortunate to have Holly on their team.

I brought my car to Acura of Peabody since the normal

I brought my car to Acura of Peabody since the normal place where I take my car for service did not have any available appointments. I left my car for what turned out to be an easy fix (and was no charge), in addition they performed a multi-point inspection. As a result of the inspection, they noted on the inspection sheet that a B16 service was required. However, when they called me to inform me that my car was ready for pick-up they never informed me that a B16 service was required. Had they done that, I would have had them perform that service then and there. I only found out about the service once I got on the highway to head home. Because of this horrible lack of communication, I will have to make another appointment on a weekend to have this service performed when they could have told me about it and I could have had this performed instead of making me have to make another appointment.

BAD CUSTOMER FOCUS

During an after service car wash my MDX was damaged. I emailed the dealer when i noticed emblem and body damage on the hatch. The dealer never responded so I notified Acura directly and have not received an answer from them in 2 months. Extremely bad customer focus.

Great place to do business with I will continue to

For 10 years I’ve been bringing my car to Acura of Peabody I deal with Holly who is just an outstanding young lady pleasant knowledgeable can’t say enough good things about her I’ll continue to bring my car I continue to get the good service I’ve been getting over the past 10 years

Very disappointing... never going back.

I found a car that I loved at this dealership. Test drove it and decided I wanted to purchase the car. There was an issue with the financing so I was not able to make the purchase that same day, however, I still made a deposit on the car as way of "holding it". The salesman made a suggestion for me to try a local bank to apply for a car loan. I took his advice and decided to go to that bank however by that time I had been working and the bank hours do not align with my work schedule. I was ready to apply the next business day which was today, (only two days later) and I received an email today that the car was sold to someone else. I was very upset and disappointed that the salesman was too impatient wait to hear from the bank that he had initially recommended. Obviously his team must've pressured him to get that car sold so they didn't care that I've been inquiring about that car for over a week AND had already put a deposit down so nobody else would buy it. I'm very shocked with my experience but I guess I shouldn't be since I've heard bad things about dealerships.

There was a small miscommunication but they took care of it with a full of respect. Well serviced from the beginning to the final purchase.

Transmission flush on my wife's MDX

Very happy with the dealership. Got my wife's transmission flushed there relatively quick. Waiting room had muffins & drinks while I waited. The service advisor Steve P. great customer service Very helpful and knowledgeable this is where my wife's vehicle will be serviced from now on.

First service

Made the appointment on short notice and waited for car. Very responsive and quick service department. Had some questions on the gps which staff was quick to help us out with a demo.

Brakes went to the floor and fluid leak under car.

I called Acura of Peabody service, and spoke with Service Advisor Cynthia Prescott. She advised me not to drive the car, and arranged to have it towed to Acura. I asked her if I could ride with the tow truck and she said it would be OK. While being checked in and filling out loaner car paperwork, the Service Dispatcher had my car brought inside and put it up on a lift. Cynthia brought me out to the service area to look under car. The Leak was coming from rusted brake lines. I took the loaner car and went home. Cynthia called me later that afternoon with a full report of recommendations. I agreed to do all the safety items and also several maintenance things. Parts were ordered over night, and working began the next day. Cynthia called me when work was completed & cleaned, and I picked up car. "This was a bad situation turned good." Now my wife (who drives this car), feels Safe & Sound!
