Easy in/ easy out
Nice place to buy a car and have it serviced Almost does not feel like a dearlership except for the usual, "Let me speak to my boss about that request" That's just the MO for all dearlerships

I always use Peabody Acura for Service
As always, things were easy peasy as always with my B1 service. I Always come back because of the ease of booking an appointment online and ability to just chill and get work done in one of your offices upstairs, which doesn't really take a long time. Their service prices are comparable to any regular service garage, and I get the comfort knowing they know my car.

Acura Peabody
It's not often I get excited about an oil change, but after the service I received from Ben & team at Acura Peabody, I can't wait to go back! When I arrived at Acura for an oil change, I seized the opportunity to ask Ben a myriad of questions about my car. He quickly addressed my questions and concerns, and helped me understand the services necessary to keeping my car running smoothly. Ben was hospitable, knowledgeable, and welcoming--and he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Ben is a true asset to the team at Acura Peabody, and I would recommend this place to anyone! Amazing Customer Service
I bought a car here last year. I have had most of my repairs and service done here. Even though I live so close to Acura of Boston, I drive the 45 minute to Acura of Peabody. Acura of Peabody has better facilities and exceptional customer service. Holly O'Connor is my favorite person to deal with and she will have you in and out in a loaner quickly. Some Acura dealerships fall short in providing the level of service and amenities expected from a luxury car brand. This dealership meets those high standards. I always leave Acura Peabody happy and would definitely buy my next car from them as well.

One of the best places to go for service
I regularly have my Acura TSX serviced here, and now also my RDX. I've never been dissatisfied or disappointed. After I had my TSX serviced I noticed the service technician bolted my washer fluid resivoir for me, it was loose since I purchased the vehicle and to me it's the little things that matter most, and their attention to detail is top notch. I usually work with my service advisor Rick and he is always very courteous and friendly, my TSX had an issue with the A/C and Rick was able to keep me within my budget for the fix, I was also very pleased with the courtesy vehicle I was able to use while mine was in the shop. I'll definitely be coming back and hopefully to I'll be able to use a new 2018 TLX next time :-)

In and out in about 10 minutes with a loaner. Can't get much quicker. Very impressed.
