I had the privelage of purchasing a used vehicle from Quirk Ford in quincy just a couple months ago...Mr. Michael Travers was the salesman whom which i had the pleasure of doing business with. I've purchased a few vehicles in past but never has the experience been so easy or professional in any one such as this one... Quirk Ford has got the most top nbtch sales people in any of the dealerships i've dealt with in previous. I definitely plan on recommending Mr. Travers and Quirk Ford to anyone whom which i know is shopping for a new/used car period!...Thanks to you guys my vehicle to vehicle transition was smooth and quick which was of great importance to me...Thank You, Valued Customer

I took my truck to dealer ship for an inspection sticker....
I took my truck to dealer ship for an inspection sticker. While waiting for the truck, my wife and I decided to look at new vehicles. I met Mr. Antoine Jamison at the door. He asked if he could be of assistance, but I told him we were just looking. After a while of us looking, Mr. Jamison came back to us to see if we wanted any help, or information on what we were looking at. We said yes. After talking with Mr Jamison, and realizing how knowledgeable he was on our questions, we decided to have him give us a quote on the 1/2 ton King Ranch. He took all of our information, and then came back to us. Mr. Mike Quirk came over with him. After going over everything, we bought the truck. WE WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT BECAUSE OF THE WAY WE WERE TAKEN CARE OF, MEANING THE PLEASANTNESS, AND PERSONALITY, OF BOTH MEN, IS WHY WE BOUGHT THIS TRUCK. THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS TO SAY HOW GREAT WE WERE TREATED WITH RESPECT BY THESE TWO MEN. WE WILL NOT HESITATE TO DEAL WITH THESE MEN AGAIN,AND TO HAVE OUR FRIENDS WHEN READY, TO DEAL WITH THEM. We picked up the truck on Saturday 10-23-2010, and everything that we wanted done to the truck, was done to great satisfaction. Needless to say, we feel that Antoine is truly a GREAT asset to your company!!!!!!! THANK YOU ARTHUR & CAROL BROWN

In search of a new auto to replace my old (loaded) Sable,...
In search of a new auto to replace my old (loaded) Sable, I visited several different auto maker dealerships but realized that I would be paying more than I could afford for a new car that would have all the same luxury options as my Sable. I rated Quirk Ford with 5 stars because Bobby Kulch spent an entire day showing me different new autos with different options; he was patient, kind and answered all my questions. However, I realized that I could not afford the new fully loaded vehicles that I wanted at this time and I did not want to settle for less options. I left the lot feeling sad but I said I would return after I assessed my money situation. Some time passed when Bobby called me and asked me to go in and see a 2010 Ford Fusion SEL that was just traded in as the previous owner wanted a truck instead. He told me that this car had all the options I wanted but since it was used with some low mileage on it, he felt I would like and could afford it. He suggested I check the car out online and I did. I could barely sleep all night thinking about that car. I drove there the next day and from the minute I got into that Fusion - I WAS IN LOVE! Bobby had remembered all the options on my "wish list" right down to the door keypad entry. Bobby and Matt assisted with the loan to get me into this beautiful car at a price I could afford monthly. I purchased that car and have been extremely happy ever since. I went back for my sticker and was greeted by a friendly smile from Mike in Customer Service who took care of my car instantly. I could not say enough about this dealership but really it was Bobby Kulch that made the entire experience wonderful. I would recommend Bobby at Quirk Ford to all as he goes the extra mile to show you all the cars available and help you get into the vehicle that is right for you! Thanks Bobby.

I recently bought a 2011 Ford Fusion at Quirk Ford in Quincy and went to the free class to learn more about the features of SYNC that my new car came with. Jon Ryding was one of the service dept members who was there that night and took the time to explain all my questions. He showed me on the computer how to ask questions with a live chat person about SYNC and then we went out to my car and worked with the features of SYNC through my car, hands on. He is a very knowledgable and patient service representative that I have had the privilege to know while servicing my previous Ford Taurus as well. He gave me the reassurance and satisfaction that I needed with my new Ford Fusion. I've been to 4 different dealerships trying to get out of...
I've been to 4 different dealerships trying to get out of my Camry. When you're upside down on a car with little free cash it's hard to get someone to work with you. No only did Quirk Ford deal with me but they actually got me right side up without hurting my wallet. I went in with a goal and they exceeded my expectations. This is something the others were not willing do. My salesman Larry was new but seemed as if he's been doing this for years. That says something about their training program. I dealt directly with the finance guy Matt who's seen my situation many times before and he assured me that he would do everything in his power to get me in a new truck. Between Larry, Matt and Les(GM) they got me in a new F-150. I'm very satisfied with the overall experience and would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

When we decided it was time to trade in our 2006 Ford...
When we decided it was time to trade in our 2006 Ford F-150 Super Crew we shopped around at different dealers but returned to Quirk Ford because of one main reason… the superior customer care attitude we found in Quirk’s salesman Kevin Hagerty. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the features of the new 2010 F150 we purchased. He communicated clearly with us on all aspects of the purchase including financing options, rebates and other special offers available to us. Kevin and his coworkers at Quirk Ford (the finance specialist, the used care trade in guru, the cleaning crew, and office staff on the lower level)all did a great job getting us in and out the door in 3 hours time. Remember to ask for Kevin when you walk in to this dealer, and you won’t go wrong.

Usually I refuse to speak with a car salesman, I look at...
Usually I refuse to speak with a car salesman, I look at cars while a dealership is closed and my husband will purchase the car at a later date. This is because the high pressure sales pitch always turns me off. However I met Antone who just loves to talk about cars in general! He did not appear to care how many questions we had or how many vehicles we dragged him to look at. He was a pleasure to work with. I bought my new Fusion the same day . I would highly recommend this dealership and this excellent salesperson to anyone.

In August my husband and I purchased two vehicles. 2010 Ford Van and 1998 Nissan Pathfinder. Our salesman, Robert B. White was very courteous, helpful, accomodating, patient and honest. My husband and I purchased a 2007 Ford Escape that we had...
My husband and I purchased a 2007 Ford Escape that we had test driven the week before but were unsure if we could afford it. We explained that we wanted to purchase a used vehicle under 10K and pay cash for it. The salesman we had was Bobby Kulch who was very nice and could'nt have been more helpful to us. He stayed with us right until we drove out of the parking lot, taking time to show us how everything worded in the car. We ended up paying a little more for the vehicle but I know that happens at every dealership. (That's the business I guess) We were in and out in about an hour and a half which made the experience painless. We will be purchasing an additional car in the near future and I will ask for Bobby again!

Kevin, was easy going and not pushy and allowed me to...
Kevin, was easy going and not pushy and allowed me to look all trucks in my price range. When it came time to deal with the managers, they were not pushy like other dealers in the area, who would not allow me leave without a deal. That being said my overall experience was great.
