These guys are the worst of the worst. My wife and I...

These guys are the worst of the worst. My wife and I went to the dealership to look at a cars we saw online. From the start they were very sleazy and withheld as much information as they could. They had several versions of the car we wanted to look at, but refused to give us the prices on the cars all at the same time. We had to choose a favorite. Given the condition of the other cars we were indeed able to choose one car that we wanted information on. After a test drive with a guy who clearly had a drink with his lunch, they presented us with a very good offer. We found out if we could have our mechanic look at the car and I agreed to call Bobby Kulch if we were still interested. The next day the story changed. We could not take the car to our mechanic (unless of course if Bobby came with us). When I explained that would mean us leaving both Bobby and the car at the garage for a couple of hours, he refused. There are only two ways to interpret these events. Either he thought we were going to steal the car (unlikely) or our mechanic would quickly deduce that there was something majorly wrong with this vehicle. What a giant waste of time!!! Do not buy a car from these guys!!!

Called in the a.m. to ask if a particular vehicle was...

Called in the a.m. to ask if a particular vehicle was available for purchase. ASSURED BY SALESMAN IT WAS. Called him on cell phone to let him know we were coming. Upon arrival we were informed vehicle was sold this a.m. "sorry" he said, "we have others I can show you". BAIT AND SWITCH does that ring a bell? Do you think I deserved a call when the vehicle was "sold"? Drove 45 minutes to listen to him "try" to interest me in a vehicle I did not want. I wouldn't let that dealership put air in my tires as a result of todays experience. Would have no confidence in considering a purchase from them. I felt embarrased when I left. Had heard stories about their tactics, but felt I should check it out myself. Salesman seemed nervous when I showed up and he gave me the "good news" that he didn't have the vehicle in stock. A total waste of my time today......... I was looking for a certain color, Grey, I had an option package I'd prefer, 4 cylinder Fusion. He wanted me to test drive different colored vehicles, 6 cylinder vehicles. "They all drive the same 4 or 6 cylinders" he told me. "We've been so busy today" he said, too busy I guess for my business. I had always been skeptical of that dealership over the years. Heard too many horror stories. Thought though after reading some of the other reviews I'd give it a shot. Well, I won't be going back there.......

Bought three cars from three different Quirk Dealerships...

Bought three cars from three different Quirk Dealerships in the last three years. When the paint started peeling off my 36K 2007 Mustang the dealers response was call Ford. Fords response was sorry not under warranty. By the way this is a known Mustang problem. Don't buy one without checking under the hood for paint peeling or bubbling off. No more Quirk, No more Fords. The consumer has spoken.

My review was a little premature. Since this issue was identified Dan has worked with me to get this problem fixed. Dan has been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Both Dan and Ford have worked with me to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

Went into dealership looking into the purchase of a new vehicle. Salesperson Antoine Jamison approached and greeted us. His appearance was impecable, he was very knowledgable of the vehicle and all of its features. He answered all our questions clearly. He was not the least bit pushy. He made it clear that it was our decision and our decision alone. I feel this characteristic is very important, noone likes being bullied into something. Overall experience from start to finish was excellent. This is to include all persons that we came in contact. The were all excellent. This experience relaxed us completely, and we bought a new car...

The service was completed in great time. The only comment...

The service was completed in great time. The only comment is that I waited for service advisor to complete a personal converstation with another employee before I was welcomed for service. I would have appreciated if the service advisor recognized that I was waiting for service and ended his conversation

With in minutes of scheduling my appt on line, Dan Abate...

With in minutes of scheduling my appt on line, Dan Abate called to provide prices for the services I requested. He provided the instant rebate amount as well as letting me know about the mail in rebates...every rebate counts! Service was great the day I brought my SUV in...no surprises and received a call that no brake service was needed. SUV was ready at the agreed upon time.

I have always had very positive experiences when going to Quirk Ford in Quincy Ma. All of my car problems were resolved quickly and efficiently. I have worked with Jon Rydings a few times throughout the years and he is a true professional. He is courteous, attentive and respectful. You can't find service like this anywhere else!

Robert Wilhelm is one of the most insightful & knowledgeable salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped me to find exaclty what I wanted in a car at the best possible price. Every aspect of the sale was smooth and easy, and before I knew it I was on the way home in my brand new 2010 Ford Fusion.

Nothing but great things to say about Quirk Ford! I worked with Robert Wilhelm throughout the car buying process and he was nothing short of excellent. He was extremely friendly and very honest. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured or mislead in any way. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted without paying to much or by being taken advantage of. Definitely recommend Quirk and Robert as a dealer any day.
