The service department was very polite and on time. I especially recommend Lucio Lopes. He was not pushy which I like very much. He recommended a couple of things that need follow up. Which I will certainly will do.

I’m happy with choosing Boch
I had a great experience working with Joe! He wasn’t pushy like the stereotypical car salesman and really knew what he was doing. I was definitely stressed out with buying my first car and unfortunately the finance manager got to experience that stress fully. However, he was amazing and I feel so bad that I can’t remember his name. He had a coffee mug on his desk that looked like it was spilling coffee if that gives a hint! He was very supportive and I left feeling like I made the right choice. I highly recommend working with this duo! In regards to constructive feedback - the day I bought my car the cafe was closed. That being said, no water or food made for a long day. Thank you Boch!

Review of my Salesman, Joseph Baribeault
I've purchased about 15 vehicles (New or Used) over the past 40 years. So far, I count two (2) Salesmen who were personable, helpful, and HONEST. Joseph Baribeault is one of those two. I usually want to be in and out of a dealership in an hour or less (usually impossible but I try). This past Saturday (5-11-19), I was assigned to Joe to buy my latest Camry. The two and a half hours that I spent at Boch was actually a pleasure - thanks to Joe! Treat him well. He's a rare breed. All the best, Carl Lindquist

Great Job! I had a terrible experience at another Toyota dealer- this was complete opposite - very organized, and had the parts the first time around; they even set me up with a rental. I’ll be back for sure, thank you Norwood team for showing how service should be performed.

As a woman...
As a woman, there are some places you go and they treat you like some dumb girl. The guys in the Boch Toyota service department treated me with respect and were very polite and friendly. Their service is why I drive over an hour to get to this facility for services and purchases of new cars.

Pricy and not satisfying, had to bring the car back
It took 3 days for repairs thanks for the rental. The price for work was outrageous. Even after this the car makes concerning noise and I have to bring it back , not looking foreword for new experience at all. Cannot give any names listed just never heard names. Being a loyal customer for over 12 years now I’m very doubtful to own Toyota. Disappointed as never before
